Gift for my daughter to replace an older iphone. Works well and she has had no complaints so far. Miss the home button though.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6. I like the new one. It's fast. It does everything it's supposed to do. I'm happy with it. It took a little while to get used to the new functionality (swiping to open & close apps, etc.), but I'm used to it now.

Great phone. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in a new phone! Easy to use and great display!

This phone is the best of all worlds. Great “guts” to go with the perfect size to be able to actually fit in a pocket.

The new Super Retina XDR panel is a vast improvement over the old LCD panels in previous models. Haven’t used the MagSafe system yet.

This is a great upgrade from my iPhone 6s. The iPhone 12 has good battery life and clever new features. Screen clarity is fabulous. A+.

Love this phone! I've always been an iPhone carrier so that's why I chose this phone. Sound quality is great and take great pictures.

My cell phone has always been a flip phone. All I am concerned with is phone calls and sometimes a text or two. Due to 3G being phased out I was more or less forced to get a new phone. My wife got a new iphone 12 and I was impressed with the signal strength in our remote area so I decided to get one as well. I am not really liking the size of it since it doesn't easily slip into my pocket or into the recessed area around the door handle of my car. It is a bit on the awkward side but I must say the picture quality is phenomenal. This is probably the feature in my opinion. Still missing the convenient size and durability of my old flip phone.

Solid phone! Upgraded from an iPhone 8, super huge difference. Even though not a pro model, screen is great and takes awesome photos.

The iPhone 12 is lighter and smaller. I like the new blue color choice, but the aluminum rails scratch easily. The Best Buy trade-in program is great since you are credited the full amount at time of purchase. Overall this is a good choice.

I finally upgraded by iPhone from a 6S to a 12. I’m loving it. I wish I would have done it sooner! Love the IPhone 12!!

The phone's pretty good. I haven't had any storage problems like I did with my last iPhone. (We upgraded to 128GB.) I've had some issues lately with charging the phone, but nothing too problematic.

This I phone just keeps getting better, It does it all and then some. If your thinking of upgrading, your should.....

Another excellent upgrade. Love the color as well as the form factor. Not sure about 5 g yet as not much around here where I live. The lue is perfect color and happy Apple has included so many choices finally.

So frustrated - some software glitch is dropping the volume of my calls, alerts, everything. See others having the same problem. (I tried the fixes others have recommend (connected to the facial recognition- REALLY?!) iPhone is iPhone - nothing that seems so different than my 6s - but the battery is not dropping like a rock but this dropping the volume on my apps and most importantly my alarms and calls is terrible!!!

Love my new iphone 12. Was a bit tough to get used to not having a home button, but I'm used to it now. Love the battery life!
