This new OLED screen is half gimmick. It’s funny because the Retina display was already at a resolution in which you can’t tell the difference (hence the name). The iPhone 12 screen is worse for displaying text than the iPhone XR screen. iPhone 12 is terrible in showing white color. Put side by side in daytime light, the iPhone 12 is yellower, has less crisp text, and is objectively worse to look at. At the Verizon store, I was told to turn off true tone, but I like true tone and have always had it on on the XR. On top of that, the viewing angles on this screen are worse — the colors change depending on the angle you look at it. Sure the blacks are better, but do you not use your phone during the daytime? Bummer. This is a shame because Apple had really perfected that LCD display. Other than that, I love the revert back the square design and it’s lighter and smaller!

What ever you do, do NOT buy an Iphone from Best Buy. They lie to you, their site said that I would get 100.00 off. So my daughter (who had been saving) got excited that she would get new phone. When we got to the store they said the web site was wrong and we cannot get the 100.00 off They LIE, LIE, LIE very disappointing

Bad experience After waiting 20-30 mts in line, I was told to cancel my best buy order since they could not activate it. Would not recommend best buy any more
