Android is easier. I do NOT know why the hype. Not intuitive.

Where do I begin? As usual, I was forced to get a phone because of the iPhone planned obsolescence- the battery quits holding a charge. The camera is horrible! It was better on my 8. I hate that the home button is gone. All of my passwords were wiped out, although I saved them to the cloud. Many apps don't work, Never has such a rough transition before. I have been thinking about switching to another brand, but have held off because I didn't want to deal with the new system. I should have gotten an Android, This phone is the worst iPhone I have ever had. No more!

I had a lot of hassle with getting the correct trade-in price at Verizon because Best Buy associate did not put in the correct info when I bought the phone.

Store review , phone fine. Unless you have 2-3 hours don’t buy at Best Buy, line outside 30 minutes to be told to go inside. 15 minutes inside told it would be an hour. Came back 2 hours later wait was an hour unless they lost your phone. So an hour later they find, then an hour more to just sign contract. No setup, I wanted to go home, it’s pretty simple. Phone works fine, would have to seriously think about buying here again. My time not important they were all paid to let me wait, no I am sorry, it was our fault.

I told the sales rep what I wanted and needed. This phone does not give me what I want/need. I asked multiple times to make sure this would be best for me and he said yes. Well he is wrong. Now if I want to exchange it, it’s going to cost $45. So unhappy for the first time here and probably won’t be back. The guy said he was new to the store but transferred from another Best Buy he had been at for 10 years. He has zero knowledge.

Not very different from the previous version. Did not feel the difference between 4G and 5G.

Good display. Cheap feel. Horrible Best Buy customer service and product in stock.

Disappointed in this phone....feel like I can’t hear people as loud as my old iPhone and the volume isn’t that great. I feel like I also have a problem with the camera because there is a delay after taking the actual photo....for this kind of money this phone should be better....I would tell people to spend the extra and get a different model

Simple iPhone with no Speed dial. Why do people love this device.

Have had my iPhone 12 for almost a month & am still trying to get my trade in for my iPhone 7 Plus through Verizon. It has been a nightmare. Best advice if you have Verizon as the cell carrier only do direct business with them, they do not work with Best Buy for anything!!

Cheap feel. The 12 is much dimmer than the 12 pro.

12 is too small should of purchased the 12Max but due to restock fee couldn’t afford to return. So stuck with it.

Battery life - short Screen accuracy - low Hard to use screen and causes headaches

I have had a lot of issues with this device every since my switch. The phone gets pretty hot and many apps have issues with freezing. Not sure if this is an issue with the phone or the software updates.

Very poor of apple to charge this amount for a phone and no charger of EarPods.

Froze up 6 times in 5 days. Returned it it got, got the Note 20 Ultra instead Same price. Should've kept the Iphone 8+.

I bought my iPhone 12 128gb in blue about 3 weeks ago, and so far it's the best phone I've ever owned! I love this phone and I chose this over the pro because of it's superior battery life, the pro often gets about 10 mins less than this phone because the phone uses more ram. The pro model only has a camera and ram upgrade but this has the same oled screen (excluding 800 nits, the normal gets 625 which is plenty given higher nits causes more energy consumption) fast charging is insanely fast with about 50% in 28 mins - half an hour usually for me, the battery life is a GIANT jump over my 7 (which needed a new battery) I got about 2 hours on the 7 and I now get about 8 hours on this which is a full day for me. I have gotten 157mbps on low band 5g (which is very fast of course for long distance over the air communication) The only bad thing about this phone is that 5g does drain the battery life slightly, but it's not as much as the reviewers complain about.

Excellent phone, awesome camera, easy to set up from your old Iphone... Fast and reliable. I personally love the magnetic charge feature and face recognition.
