Upgraded from iPhone 8 to IPhone 12 so I had lots to get used to. iCloud back up was easy and successful. Quick responses and battery is lasting almost two days. Screen is very easy to read indoors or out. Once i got familiar with no home button I am very happy with access and over apps.

I love my new iPhone. The camera is sharper so my pictures are clearer. The screen is easier to view and the size fits nicely in a purse or pocket. The transfer of data and applications was seamless and there was almost no learning curve to use this versus my iPhone X.

I needed to replace my iPhone 6 (that I bought shortly after the earth began to cool) in order to support a new health app that I needed. I love the different features and quality of sound and pictures. Also, the ease of learning the new swipe features.

The iphone 12 is a remarkable gadget, and I'm so happy to have it. It works much better than the 8+ I traded it in for, and it is more compact and simpler to carry. The functionality is new and crisper, and I love facial recognition over thumbprint security!

This is my first IPhone. Have always been a android guy. A bit of a learning curve but I am really liking my new phone. Think I should have switched a long time ago. Battery last a long time, love the face recognition nad it seems faster than my last android.

Great phone great battery life the max was too heavy this one fits perfectly in your hand if you are ready to upgrade iPhones this is where it’s at !!

I love my new phone. The screen seems much larger then past Iphones even though the actual phone size is the same as my old iPhone 6s. I really like the camera. It adjusts with the lighting in any environment and takes a quality photo with little effort.

The upgrades that are a part of the iPhone 12 are meaningful. 5G allows for greater cellular speed and in some cases is faster than WiFi, especially public WiFi. I’m not a fan of the home button going away, but that can’t be changed and is old news.

Love this iPhone 12. Have had zero issues with connecting. Appears fast but then again I also replaced an iPhone 6s. Access to internet is quick and flawless. Love the stylish blue color as seen through the clear case.

I really like this phone it was a big upgrade from my 7. It’s cheaper in the long run to buy it out right, I don’t feel it was that expensive compared to some others. Love the Face ID, it’s easy to use and it takes great pictures. I love it

Good phone . Great color. Typical iPhone . Facial recognition nice improvement. Cameras great. Pricey . Buying at Best Buy with their knowledge, makes updating phone process less stressful & much easier.

The Iphone 12 is amazing. So easy to use and the size is perfect. So far I have not had any issues and all of my prior data was transferred onto it with no problems.

So far this is a great phone! MUCH lighter than the 11! I've only been able to connect to the UW once and had almost a 500 mbps download speed. The 5G does seem to have overall better coverage and reliability.

We’ve been an iPhone family for as long as I can remember. It’s got great features and and is very user friendly. I’m loving the color too! We got this during their Black Friday sale and the deal was great!

I upgraded from an iPhone 7 to the larger 10. I did have a bit of trouble getting used to the larger size but I certainly noticed a better speed and camera. The rep and the geek squad were very patient with me as I had many questions about using the new phone. I would purchase again. Very satisfied.

My son is very satisfied with his new phone, says it’s easier to navigate, faster and has new features that allow for multi tasking, reading/answering a text while continuing to watch video

Excellent phone fast and reliable , 5G really does the job !

Going from an iPhone XS to the 12, there was not much of a change to the setup. The battery life increased significantly and my phone is much faster. The camera settings take a minute to get used to. The only problem I have faced is sometimes the search bar won't show up, but that isn't often.

iPhone 12 is amazing. Iconic flat sides make it so much more comfortable to hold than the rounded sides. Data is overall faster due to the Qualcomm modem in it this year. OLED screen with P3 wide color gamut is amazing. Save yourself some money over the Pro models and get this instead! (Yes I own both a 12 and 12 Pro...so I can honestly say to save some $$$ and get the 12)

Only had for a month or so...but very easy to use. Got the 128 gig upgrade versus the standard 64 gig for future storage capability. Traded in old I-phone 7 and immediately noticed longer battery life. No experience yet with faster speeds with 5G...which is why it's a 4 versus a 5
