I upgraded from an iPhone 7. What a difference! Set up was easy. Set language, location, and face ID. Then set the two phones next to each other. 45 minutes later all data was transferred. Phone works great

It didn't take me long to learn the new features of the iPhone 12 from my iPhone 6s. I like the bigger screen and clearer and sharper images on the display. You can't go wrong with an apple product.

So far I’m very impressed with this phone. The 5 G downloads pictures from the job site faster than the xfinity wi fi at home. The case is sold and NOT glass like the 11 which shattered on mine

I was upgrading (finally) from the iPhone 6 so I have no complaints. The size is perfect. I’m not an expert so I have gotten into the fancy features yet but I’m very happy with this phone.

I like the new iPhone 12 a lot. The thickness is better than previous models. I thought I would miss the HOME button, but am okay without it. Would recommend this phone to friends.

This was an upgrade from the iPhone 8 and the phone is faster and has a better screen. It also has more features with the new IOS.

I had a 11 ProMax. My son came home with his new 12 and I took a picture holding them side by side. The 12 clearly had a better camera. So I went and traded in my 11 and got the 12.

Love my new iPhone. Long time Android user so it was a little of a transition getting used to the IOS but now that I have I really enjoy using the phone. Great size and color.

Yes, it does have a better camera and battery than previous models but there is no wow factor. If your phone is functional, do not upgrade. You will have buyers remorse.

Love this phone. I really thought I would get a larger one after having a Samsung Note 8.. But this is an exceptional piece of equipment and sized perfectly.

iPhone 12 blue is a nice color and it has new features my old iPhone 8 did not have, it works fine and they set it up for me at the store

Just the right size. My last Phone was an Android phone that I thought I would try after carrying an I Phone for years. Missed my I Phone. Love my new I Phone 12.

My iPhone 7 probably just had it’s very last IOS update. The salesman suggested the 12 because I don’t do gaming, videos, or watch TV on my phone. It was also easier on my retirement budget which meant a lot. I’m very happy with my new phone. It is, however, taking a lot of getting used to. The changes from 7 to 12 are endless. I learn something new every day!
