I per-ordered a new Apple iPhone 12 for delivery on the first day of availability, October 23rd. At opening time for the store, I was outside waiting with about 4 others. As we walked into the store and over to the Mobile phone area, there were five Best Buy employees waiting for us. After giving the tech my name, he went over to a cabinet and returned with an iPhone that had my name on the case. The rest of the set up went smoothly and I walked out with a great new phone. There are many improvements over my old iPhone 8. So far, I am very happy as I learn about all the new facets of operating this new phone. The ordering and delivery of the phone was seamless, it couldn't have gone any smoother. I do believe that all phone are overpriced, but what can we do?

No Regrets with the 12 Pro - I use the telephoto all the time, extra Ram is going to be useful as my X dumps apps all the time, the stainless finish is gorgeous, and 128gb storage is a necessity for me, which reduces the cost gap between the 12 Pro and regular 12 anyway.

More storage on this phone which is the reason I purchased it. Camera and volume better too.

My husband's name appears as the reviewer, but I am the owner of this phone and I love my new phone. It's a good size for my small hands and fits in most back pockets and/or purses. I haven't experienced issues or glitches yet.

It’s an Iphone. Either you like them or not. Only difference I could see between the regular and the pro was the camera and to me that wasn’t enough to pick the pro over this one.

This phone is great. The quality is unmatched. All the functions and features were well thought out. This was a major upgrade for me. I had the iPhone 6 and upgraded to the 12.
