    Not a big fan. Too many glitches to work out. Couldn't open my manage storage in Whatsapp. Took the phone into Best Buy to see if they could explain why, they could not. After days of frustration, I asked a question on google and found the answer. In order to view my manage storage and stop my phone from freezing up every time I click on it, I had to reduce the font size. This makes it difficult to easily see the writing on the phone because now the font is too small. Also had issues downloading free apps. Had to call the tech department a couple of times for them to try to figure out the problem. Still not sure if it is permanently fixed. To my horror, I had my phone start ringing during a meeting, even though I had my phone turned off. Since there was no manual with the phone, I did not know that after a call that I put on speaker, I had to turn speaker off after ending call because it stays on, so that the next call that comes in, is loud even though the phone is turned off. Also why would you sell such an expensive phone (12) without a charger? You have to purchase a charger separately. Definitely a downgrade.

    Switched from a Galaxy S8+. Never owned an iPhone. I got the 128 GB Blue model and it is an absolutely amazing piece of technology. I also think the blue color is stunning.

    Daughter loves her phone just wish it was here on the day they said. But because we had a mix up with the sprint people it was delayed. But best buy took care of it.
