I purchased an iPhone 12 at Best Buy. I had a very good experience. I came in a few times before I bought it. Each and every time the staff was so helpful, answering my many questions. (Especially Katelynn and Carlos). I have always loved my iPhone 7 Plus. I thought I’d have a difficult time adjusting to the lack of a home button but it didn’t take me long at all. (And I’m a senior citizen). I love the purple color and chose a clear case to to show it off. I also ended up with some additional perks from Apple, like a free year of Apple TV and 6 month free Apple Music.

This purple iPhone is totally awesome! Plus Best Buy was having a sale allowing me to get the 256GB at a reasonable price. I didn't realize how slow my old iPhone was until I upgraded to this one. This is perfect!

So far so good! I upgraded from a 7 so it’s definitely been an adjustment - the phone is slightly larger but I’ve been seriously enjoying the camera and 5g speeds. Glad I bought it and that it’s more reasonably priced.

What’s not to like, I went from 64GB to 256GB. The camera is a lot sharper. It took me awhile to get used to swiping up instead of the home button,but now I find it easier.

the best phone in the whole world! You should buy one instead of waiting on a new feature that Apple will drop a month before the release of the iphone 13

Meets all expectations. I was not disappointed! The only negative is that the 5G is not widely available as of yet. The camera is exceptionally good !

Handy device which looks cool. This is my first iPhone. I enjoy it's sleek look and speed. Have had some issues with it staying connected to local wifi however, but it switches over to 5 G during those blips. I'm satisfied with this phone.

Upgraded from an iPhone X. Really nice phone. Battery life is great and so are the cameras. Like the square edges like on the iPhone 5.

My son loves this phone for its vibrant display, great sound and the mint green color is just a bonus to such a great phone.

Love the iPhone, got this for my mom since her favorite color is purple. She loves it! Only thing is we don’t like not having the USB-C block charger and the earbuds that used to come with all the iPhones

I’m loving my new phone! The color is a fun change. Display and screen are larger than my old phone.

Upgraded from iPhone 8 and definitely worth it. Probably not worth upgrading if you have an iPhone 11 though.

This is a simple yet powerful phone. All of the functions of the pro model--except the ultra-wide photo lens...without the increased cost. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with the charging block--typical Apple move. Beware the cord does come with it but it is a USB-C to lighting vs the "regular" USB to lighting. You can still charge the phone with your normal lighting cable...but you need a USB-C block to use the MagSafe charged if you ordered one.

Great performing phone for the price and has good battery life. Does everything I need it to do.

Great camera. Miss touch ID. Struggling with Face ID. Not thrilled with all the swiping (even to close apps), but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Nice phone great pictures. Fast. Stylish. I recommend the phone for speed but 5G can be a problem because it’s not every where yet.

Love the phone. The service to get it activated left a lot to be desired. They basically told us to take the phone and transfer the SIM card in our old phones and put them in the new one. Only when we threatened to leave did they set the phones up for us.
