Gotta love apple ! Great product as usual! A little mix up about when I was supposed to pick up the phone. Ordered it online to pick up in the store. Mostly everyone was helping but the “manager” or someone who knew about online orders. He told me that he had no idea when it would be ready and was not too kind about the whole thing. It was an hour drive to the store so I needed to know. Anyway he was absolutely no help and just said to wait for email . So I sat at cascade station waiting for an email.

I went from iphone 8 Home button to no button. still getting use to it. my hands are small so when i'm gripping it with one hand my other fingers touch the screen while I try to interact with something else on the screen making it not interact cause my other fingers touching it. But i don't wanna a smaller screen so i deal with it. so far not bad but it has only been about a week but if I don't review I keep getting emails. I have two emails telling me for a review of this product.

Clarity and camera much improved over prior versions. A little more user friendly and easy to get started.

Great phone, especially moving from an iphone 7. Takes a little getting used to. The speed is great and so is the camera.

I had been using an iPhone 6 when I decided to upgrade to the 12. There were several changes that significantly different from the 6. I do NOT like having to make technology jumps that feel more like light years of so-called advancement....and I especially do not care for changes that do not make sense. For instance, there is no home button for the 12. Why? How does the customer who's just paid nearly $1K for this product do a hard reset?!!! Oh wait, there's no on-site training that introduces the customer to the basic...NEED TO KNOW...functions. Second, the screen is hyper-sensitive because everything is now based on swiping the screen. Be careful how you touch the screen because you could end up with the device doing something you don't want and/or losing what you had been working on just minutes before and having to do it all over again. Games and other features like using the flashlight can be challenging for the same reason. Example, I woke up the other night and noticed a bright light in my bedroom...and it was coming from the iPhone flashlight which had been activated even though I had not wanted or needed it on!!! There are many other sub-routine commands that have changed and again with no training, this can become not just frustrating....it can become complicated. This device is no longer self-intuitive.

Boy, What a difference this new iPhone 12 is compared to my old phone. So easy to use and it looks really great!

Bought this iPhone 12 for my son, he and I both love it. I wish I had bought it for myself. Fast uploads and downloads, great features (love the face recognition) and long battery life. When you take pictures or record videos, the display is of excellent quality.
