The iPhone 12 is the one of the best investments that I’ve ever made. The quality of the camera is GREAT! I love how the OLED display makes everything look amazing, like movies, games, photos, videos, and etc.

I only prefer to complete my Sprint/T-mobile upgrades at Best Buy. It was a smooth transition, as usual, from my old iPhone to the new iPhone 12. Best Buy offers a link to activate the new phone and it is very easy to follow along. The new phone is working great! The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is because when using the speaker, callers complain of the phone going in and out. This problem was happening on my old iPhone as well, so I believe it’s a problem with the Apple iPhone speaker function.

Absolutely love this phone. Went from the iPhone 6 to this iPhone 12. So fast getting onto sites now. I used to have to wait forever for my local news to come up. It’s instant now.

I upgraded from an iPhone X and I’m glad I waited for this phone. It’s very smooth, the transition to the new phone was very ease, the durability of the phone is much better too.

My husband loves it although he dropped it once before he got his case and the side of the phone cracked where the metal is so it’s not very durable like the iPhone 11

It is a good cell phone. I like the purple color and long battery. Easy to activate. The Manager and workers in Best Buy are very helpful.

I really like the upgrades this phone has and features. I upgraded from a 8 plus and I can honestly say I am very happy with this phone!! 10/10 recommend.

Everything works very well with this phone. It has the same size screen as the Iphone 11, but is lighter and more compact. The amoled screen is also better.

I bought this phone for my wife. She had the iPhone xr before. This iPhone takes amazing pictures. Highly recommend this phone.

The phone is great once we got it operational. That took hours. The person I initially worked with was a jerk to put it mildly, He really didn't know how to fix the problem and dumped me. I complained to manager who could care less about me as a customer. Finally, one of the other employees over heard my complains and the other employees "I am too busy" comments and resolved the issue with the data transfer from my old phone and making the new phone operational. It took 15 minutes. He knew what he was doing.

Seamless transition from iPhone6 plus for a 90 year old, priceless! Upgraded my Mom’s phone and she had zero problems with the transition. Very pleased.

Excellent phone, faster than the previous ones, upgraded from the 11. Sprint 5g isn't the best but way better than the "lte" service

Don’t really see much of a difference from the 11 pro max. It has 5G capabilities, but 5G isn’t every where yet, so....

The Apple - iPhone 12 5G 64GB - Black is a great phone with all of the features that anyone could need...and plenty of storage.

Still getting used to some features but overall very happy. Battery life is much better.

I find it works the same as the iPhone 11. If you have an 11, no need to rush to get this one. My husband is upgrading from an XR, so It is a significant improvement for him. My only complaint would be the color. It is NOT red. It is more of a dark coral almost pinkish color and the color, to me, looks feminine. He is fine with it, but if you would have an issue with that, pick another color.

I do like the new Apple 12 red phone. I like the screen size is perfect for me. And the face ID.
