So far so good. I am replacing a Apple 7 plus so this is a step up. A few little thing’s but i am sure Apple will fix down the road.

Nice phone a lot quicker than my old one ! But I miss the button it was easier and quicker to get into the phone !

I bought this iPhone 12 for my daughter as a birthday gift. We traded in her iPhone 7 and Best Buy gave us more money for the trade in value than Verizon or Apple. My daughter absolutely loves this phone. I am glad they had the phone in stock. We are very happy with the service Best Buy provided us!

I went from an iPhone XR to the 12. I thought it’d be quite a bigger jump in new features than what it actually was. It’s nice having a wide angle lens and a better screen, but 5G and all the other stuff really just isn’t worth it right now. I’d say wait until the next iPhone if you have anything from the X and above.

This is by far the best phone I’ve ever had. It can do anything and everything you want. I use to only have Android and thought they were the best thing on the face of this planet but once I got the iPhone, I’ll never go back.

Our family was waiting on the new iPhone 12 to make the upgrade jump... and we are HAPPY we did. With 5G becoming more and more available, the speed and bandwidth improvements for the phone is phenomenal. We all had the iPhone X, so we were ready to make the jump, upgrade, and experience a faster phone.

Wow, I thought the iPhone 11 was impressive. I switched from Android and like what I'm using. for the prices, could we have had a better display. perhaps.

So happy with my new phone. I needed a new one for a long time. The sale person was so helpful and treated me with respect and explain everything to me, also told me if I have a question or need to know something on the phone just come back and her or someone else would help me.

My daughter loves this phone. It was a graduation gift and she paid 1/2 and we paid 1/2. So appreciate NOT having to deal with the Verizon store. Sales associates so knowledgeable, patient and kind. Made the process so easy transferring all of her data from her old Samsung phone.

I purchased my iPhone on 11/28/20 at your Greece location. TeQuan was the representative that worked with me. TeQuan was extremely helpful, he even contacted Verizon to assist me with my purchase. TeQuan was very professional and knowledgeable about your products. It was a good experience.

A great phone, my husband’s first I phone after using androids, We’re both impressed by the maps, vs what we had with Google maps. Plus, all their “updates “ were just making our Pixels flaky and unreliable. We’re glad we switched!

If you have a regular 11 or anything then it’s worth the upgrade. Great display, great camera, fast, durable.

Good phone but it's taking me a little while to figure out what it can do. Would be nice to get some printed info as it's hard to remember everything that the sales rep said when I got it...especially when one goes from a 6 to a 12. Lots of changes but I'm working through them.
