The phone is awesome and I really like it. However, once you leave the store you are on your own to get the settings the way you want them, I wish there was a website from Apple that would go over all the features. If there is such a page I can't find it. You tube is available to explain most features but a page from Apple would be better I am sure !

This is such a great phone. The camera is amazing. I went from the 6 to the 13 and it is so nice

Definitely an upgrade from my 8 plus. Camera takes great pictures and the new front camera is awesome.

Nice phone, easy transfer of old phone contents, simple activation (except the sting of verizon line activation charge ). Comes with USB C cable (lighning plug at one end, USB C on other) but no charger. No headphone jack. Does support Qi wireless charging and apple Magsafe charger.

Nice phone . The salesperson was excellent went above and beyond. Phone I just bought couple weeks before had a defective speaker. He tried to fix it and took it to geek squad but ended up getting me a new one. Was very patient and did what was right

The process of getting a new iPhone was not too stressful. My daughter wanted an upgrade because she was headed to college. We were helped as soon as we arrived at the phone counter. The staff was knowledgable and patient. All went smoothly.

This product is one of apples best. The Braintree Best Buy is my favorite store and I share my time between NJ snd the south shore. It does not matter what department you deal with the Braintree staff are always courteous snd outstanding!

Was a easy process to upgrade my phone to the 12. They even transfer your data from your old phone to the new phone in store! The phone is light and the color options are awesome. Happy with my purchase.

Bought this after purchasing Apple Watch. Old phone was a iPhone 7 and wasn’t compatible. So far I really like this phone although still haven’t totally learned all of its features. Glad I purchased it!
