I really like the phone but no power box. And the cord is weird also no head phone

The phone is like having iphone 11 no difference..

I bought it because of the good reviews but it’s nothing like I expected. Sound quality is bad, connection is bad, takes several tries to get screen to scroll during each use.

Lost calls, slow internet. Better off with my iPhone 6. Very cheap on Apple to change the USB part of the charging cable and then charging $25 for the plug.

I love love love this phone. Yes it may be a little outdated but I love it.

So many cell and WiFi issues. So sorry I didn’t return this phone right away. Should have kept my iPhone 7.

Very good iPhone works great the battery last very long overall good phone but it doesn’t comes with the wall plug for Lightning fast charger

Iphone 12 supposed to be IP 68 Phone certified IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 6 meters up to 30 minutes). Yet after 2 years phone has humidity. was never dropped in water. Apple support claims phone is only water resistant in lab environment. I will never trust Apple again this advertisement is an obvious lie. I spend 99$ because I had apple care. This will be my last apple phone. No possible warranty any issue with water will result in phone

I have had my iphone 12 since october of 2021. Its now august of 2022 and my phone has gone to crap. Not even a year old, it doesnt hold a charge, ive been charging it 2x a day just to ensure i have enough battery power for basic functions like calls and texts, and listening to music. When i use it for longer than ten minutes, the phone gets hot to the touch like the battery is melting as im holding it. Accompanying this issue is the sudden inability to load websites on safari or boot up apps such as the myverizon app, my email, etc. you pay almost 1000 dollars or sometimes more for a phone that only works sometimes, its really a shame. Tomorrow im making the switch to oneplus and not looking back. Ive never had an issue with apple so this is disappointing. Other phones ive had never behaved this way (motorola, samsung, oneplus) i really did like the convenience of apple products too but theyve lost me as a customer.

pent $900 on a new phone then had to buy a charger for it. Paid $60 for an Apple case that fell apart in 3 months. The phone started malfunctioning within days of buying it. The screen turned green, freezes up, drops Wi-Fi constantly, visual voice mails take days to appear, overheats, cannot hear people, can only use on speaker phone, batter life short and so on. I spent countless hours on the phone with Apple support, took it to Apple store 4 times for repairs and Apple want me to put a $1,000 hold on my debt card then mail them the phone so they can send me a refurbished phone. I know three other people who have had nothing but problems with their I Phone 12s. Phones are now the Macs of the 1990’s. Piece of junk selling on Apples old reputation.

I have an iPhone 12, 2nd one, first on broke. I am looking into other phones, the 2nd one doesn’t work any better than the first one, I’m done with iPhones.
