Love the color and the Phone it is working wonderful and

The phone is beautiful and light. I have to remember to swipe from the top right. The purchase process was easy. The trade in process is a continuing nightmare due to an illegible mailing label and mailer. I am now awaiting it from Verizon since Best Buy couldn’t help.

I was fortunate to catch this phone on sale and it was a great device for my daughter. High recommend this model for someone that is looking for simplicity and better hardware from the entry devices.

I love my I Phone 12. It was a gift to myself just wanted to stay updated with the newest technology. I love, love the color and really glad I was able to get it as the stock was low.

Like it. Bought it because of its water and shock resistance. Lost a Moto dropping it in water. Best Buy Manager did a great job in recovering my old data from the dead phone.

Nice replacement iPhone 12, streamlined, easy to use.

Little bit faster than the 11. Still just an iPhone.

What I have been able to do is much like I had before, but with more bells and whistles to maneuver. For the not so savvy user I am liking it. Know I can rely on Best Buy to be there if I hit a snag.

The iPhone is great and it takes very good pictures.

Daughter loves the color and has always enjoyed iPhone. I'm personally ab Android user and wouldn't touch the things, but whatever makes her happy.

This is a replacement for an iphone10. I can’t say I’m impressed with the differences. I used to be , I can’t wait for the new phone. Apples pricing for technology is getting out of hand. I may go to Android next phone purchase. I used to drink the Apple Kool Aid and now for the money it’s leaving me parched!

Great color, great quality. My wife loves it. Face ID recognizes her face even when she uses sun glasses. I wish the phone would recognize the face when you are wearing a mask.

Great phone alternative to buying a Pro. I have a digital camera for pictures and believe phones are never superior to taking pictures so I chose this model for its functionality.

The phone is great. Just what I needed. The tech who helped me, Steven, Was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make me HAPPY. Would definitely deal with him again.

Friendly staff , knowledgeable with selling the phones. Unfortunately I had to go back on a different day to finish my purchase and it was clearly close to closing. The associate finished the set up and was kind but I felt rushed out. I had questions. I do miss the store and staff in Elyria.

We bought I-phone 12 for my wife and she is very happy with it. Just had to get use to the differences in this phone, from her old phone. Service people were very helpful

Been wanting a new phone for a while! Usually go through my carrier directly to upgrade but I’m really happy that I went through Best Buy to get it! A more casual relaxing experience than when I upgrade directly from a Verizon store! And my phone has been working great!

GREAT PIECE OF HARDWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! THE SCREEN THE CAMERA AND JUST THE ALL OUT FUNCTIONALITY OF THE PHONE IS OUTSTANDING EVERTHING YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM AN APPLE PRODUCT.

Phone is great. Had trouble with transferring data from android but finally got it worked out. IOS transfer would not work so some data had to be transferred manually
