I switched to Verizon and bought a new iPhone 12 because I was not receiving an adequate signal strength at my residence to use my cell phone. I now receive a good signal and can use my cell phone without issue. The signal strength is very good and the new phone is excellent as well.

Excellent price and service, setup, pickup and going. Overall great experience, the transfer process was a bit long, we had to wait for almost 2hrs.

Glad I upgraded my Iphone 6 to this 12! The only complaint I have is that the USB adapter is different and Apple didn't include it with the phone.

Fancy & new. Another great product from Apple. We only get our phones from Best Buy because their staff are the best! Never any pressure and always knowledgeable.

It was honestly a get idea to upgrade, even while having a little glitch in the beginning of having it but got all fixed and now it works perfectly fine!

Great phone, color is a bit off-white. OLED screen is a huge upgrade. Seems like cellular reception might be slightly worse than what we experienced with a XR

Just trying to set the phone up to transfer info from older Galaxy has been a real pain. Blue shirt had me take both phones home so I wouldn't have to wait in store. Three hours later and I still keep getting error messages!! Looking forward to actually using the phone!

The experience was good, the guy who waited on us was knowledgeable about the phone. The only thing he forgot was to tell me about a one time activation fee.

I don't recommend buying Apple devices through best buy. You don't get points unless you use the my best buy credit card and forced to accept Applecare as the only warranty option. Apple has a stranglehold on third party retail and repair.

Very easy to order, easy to connect with Verizon. Saved $100 Ordering through Best Buy rather than going through the Verizon store

It’s an Apple phone Replacement. The Apple Phone It replaced was in a fire. There is no noticeable difference between the old 11 and the 12. Sorry Apple!

Bought an apple iPhone 12 and the service was great. After two futile attempts at my phone carrier. Best buy came through on discussing the features and then transferring the info from old phone and getting the new one activated.
