great at first. then we replaced the original chip with the new 5G chip and loss of speed occurred.

My other iPhone 10 with 128 gig works about the same. I think if I could do it over I would buy the pro. 11 pro would have been the same price. Cant wait to go back to Samsung . Maybe one of the kids would like this 12. My daughters new SE is very close to the same phone .

I'm not really an IPhone user this is my first 1 and I'm having such a hard time. The phone it self is beautiful just small. I haven't had it long enough yet but will make another review in a couple of days.

I was not informed of critical information on the transfer of data and photos or I would NOT have purchased the phone at that time if I had known. If the sales person didn't know, then he/she should have known. I feel they did know but wanted to make a sale. I could be wrong but that's how I feel. IOS will not transfer photos or videos. I didn't know, but they did. Also, I was told I could turn my old phone in whenever it was convenient for me, that too was wrong. You made some money on me. Congratulations!

This phone is a huge disappointment. I really regret buying it as it malfunctions all the time.

Nice phone but still dont like apple didn't include the charger. For 1k out the door, i feel cheated.

I been waiting on my refund for over 2mths for my down-payment. I have came to store twice ,called and chatted with people. That claim i will get an email about my pending refund. I will not buy anything else here.

Has issues that need to be resolved. Dropped calls, can’t see when someone texts you, can’t copy phone number for call. The list goes on and on

it took very long to get here . this will most def be my last time from ordering with best buy , i still didnt get my phone yet

This is a great phone, not much of an upgrade from my iPhone 11 though. I do however feel it was petty of apple to include a usb-c cable and make you buy the plug for $39. Sure most of us have old plugs but not usb-c plugs. I gave the phone 5 stars because it is a great phone but come on Apple no plug included? If we continue to accept this what will they leave out next model, headphones? Oh I forgot they already did on this model.

Apple iPhone 12 .. great product. Delivery was available on time and did get notification.
