My son loves this phone. It is a good size to fit in pockets, etc, has good battery life, and all the features he wanted.

Got this for my wife to replace her iPhone 7. While she likes size and the camera improvements, she prefers the Touch ID and probably would have been more happy with an iPhone SE.

Excellent size. Fits in my iPhone pouch that I hook on my waist. Does everything I need it to do and more. Battery lasts all day.

The iPhone 12 mini is a good small size phone that fits in my pocket easily. Also, the camera takes great pictures!

I was looking for a smaller iphone and this was perfect! I bought from Best Buy for a fantastic deal they had on this phone and it was super easy to just go to the store to have the techs to set up and transfer data from my other phone. Overall had a great experience that took the least amount of time setting up a phone and much faster than every other time I've gone to a phone provider directly.

Upgraded my girlfriend's 6 year old 6S. She's so happy with the face ID. Always issues with touch ID and long fingernails. Keyboard is more spread apart for less mistypes. Blue color is very nice. I got the apple mag safe charger and clear case to go with. Everything working great. It's apple so not much more to say. Best camera in the industry. I've been with Android from the beginning but will be switching with next upgrade. I want something simpler.

Great phone, not as cumbersome as the large phones and easily placed in pockets. Takes amazing photos.

I love the small size. However, battery life is relatively short & occasionally it freezes. At one time, battery indicated it has 45% but suddenly it just died and needed to be charged. I brought it to Apple store and the tech told me I’m not the only one with the same issue. They think it’s not hardware but a software problem. They think Apple will release a software update due to few issues.

Perfect size, 5G is awesome, and user friendly! Took some getting use to coming from an SE, but I love it.

When I first set the phone up, all calls that I were receiving were going straight to voice mail. The phone was set to "Do not disturb" from 12 am until 12 AM and I did not realize it. In other words all calls. I don't know if this was Apple's, Best Buy's or Verizon's fault. It took me a while to realize why I was not getting any calls. When I figured it out, I fixed the setting and I now love the phone. Also, the phone is pretty expensive.

Love the size of the mini! Never have issues with battery life. About time phones got easier to handle again.
