    It was the wrong size phone it’s way to small for me I need to return it . But that’s what happens when you buy on the internet. It’s a very difficult process because you’re not able to walk into a store to buy what you want

    I have small hands and the iphone 11 pro was actually too big and uncomfortable for me. I really missed my SE (1st gen) size. So when they came out with this i was ecstatic. I love the size and i am super happy the only reason i am not giving it 5 stars is because it’s giving me a hard time to press buttons when i have a screen protector on... but i did have the same issue with my 11 pro...

    I really want to compliment Christina in the San Rafael store. My daughter and I were quite confused about how to apply the AT&T offer to switch out our iPhone 8 for the 12 mini. Christina took charge and did everything right in the store so that we didn’t have to go to the AT&T store. She focused on us, and listened carefully, and then took care of exactly what we needed. She was quick and forthright. Plus, I love the iPhone mini. It’s size make sense for a woman’s pocket and hand size. It’s frustrating that there is no place on this site where a person can leave an employee complement. I even contacted your chat line.

    Where do I begin? I will start with the $30 activation fee I was charged for a phone I can't activate because IT DOESN'T HAVE A SIM CARD. I have to make an appointment at AT&T just to get a SIM card for this phone, and I also have to upgrade my current plan. The phone itself costs a little over $800 and it has a charging cord with no adapter. It seems like Apple enjoys making people mad because each new I-Phone is worse than the last. So far the only good thing about this phone is that it is the size of the 5s.
