    COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED. I WENT FROM AN IPHONE 7 TO THE MINI AND IT'S GREAT. I DIDN'T WANT TO CARRY A HUGE PHONE SINCE I CAN DO THAT ON MY COMPUTER. I LIKE THE SIZE (JUST 1 INCH SHORTER THAN THE IPHONE 12) AND HAS ALL THE OTHER WORKINGS. BEST BUY WAS GREAT HELPING TO TRANSFER MY DATA TO THE NEW PHONE. I'M NO TECH WHIZ!

    great phone at a terrific price. glad I waited till my old 5s died to take advantage of this offer. super nice camera and many other great features. much more user friendly than old phone. best buy was the best place to purchase in my opinion. patient customer service rep. excellent service. Had a small issue which they bent over backwards to correct and make me a very contented customer. thanks Best Buy

    Powerful tool .there is nothing mini about this iPhone. It is the same size as my iPhone 7 I found it to be more comfortable to handle than the iPhone 12.

    I absolutely love this phone. I features are great. I like smaller phones so this phone is perfect. The only downside that I found, I have an older car and need to use an auxiliary cord for Pandora and taking calls. I found a particular work around but I cannot charge, listen to Pandora and take calls. In order to take a call, I have to use the speaker phone option on the phone, cannot use the car speakers.

    I've had this for a few months now, upgraded from an iPhone 7. The speed and ease-of-use upgrades are incredible. I was uncertain about upgrading to FaceID over TouchID, especially when wearing a mask, but it hasn't been that big of a problem. The phone is fast and the sound, photo, and screen quality are wonderful
