Service was long but we were taking care of by man

Phone is as advertized, good price, delivery as expected

It was nice, honestly. I ended up returning it because I came across a cheaper phone

It's a gorgeous phone I love the small design and flat screen with no curves. Wish the batteries lasted a little bit longer, but it is a compact phone with top processors from it's flagship models. The screen bezels cover like 20% of the screen so that kinda ruin it for me too. But it's a still a decent phone. Plus it fits in any pocket.

I thought having a brand new IPhone 12 mini from my first generation IPhone SE, that the battery would be so much superior to my SE but it isn't. My IPhone SE was 5 years old and had the same daily battery life as my brand new IPhone 12 mini. Go figure!

Good phone, good service by the employees at Best Buy

The iPhone mini 12, was what I purchased only because that was all they had available at the time. This would not be my first choice of a new iphone. I didn’t like the mini, so I went and got the iPhone 12 through Verizon.

Alright. No headphone jack is a pain. Will have to shell out $100 to $300 for decent wireless ear/headphones in the name of innovation. “Thankfully” Best Buy offers discount via the Big phone carriers

Switching from android to the iPhone is a big jump and it’s really confusing to learn how to operate the phone because it’s a lot more confusing than the simplicity of the android

Too small and the slightest bit of water on the device has permanently damage the speaker system so no one understands what I’m saying if I have it on speakerphone. We’re talking about a splash you’re not even water submersion. Looks cool and it’s fast. poor battery life. Very hard to send a text to write an email on the size of this phone. However I get remarks on how I near it looks. Slips in the pocket well.

Be careful when purchasing as they( BestBuy) decided to charge me twice. Verizon and BestBuy need to communicate. Not fair to have fight 2 fronts at the same time. I get charged by my career and Bestbuy for 2 months and counting. Fantastic phone, but the other side of this is be mindful as the 2 parties charging you issue.

The touch screen isn’t quite on point, camera isn’t the best even though this is a new phone.

I have had this phone for a month now and it's complete trash. Do yourself a favor and buy a pixel phone. Android Auto is far superior compared to Apple Car Play. Apple Car Play is tough to navigate and is not intuitive compared to Android Auto. Also, Siri is useless and can't answer any questions. For the cost, this phone does not do anything better than the $500 pixel 5 or any pixel phone. Apple just rips off Android features and keeps presenting them like it's their own. I would do anything to get rid of this phone.

I was suppose to recive free apple music and free apple news but i never received an email for instructions. Calling the store was no help

Was told iPhone could be returned within 30 days. On day 30, was informed by geek squad that’s not true. iPhone has upload problems.

I'm not happy with this phone at all. I have always had Apple phones and IPad....I had a iphone 7s--kept dropping calls....tried repeatedly, to get help thru Apple, and also, finallly replaced it, with an Iphone12 mini...WHAT A MISTAKE....same issue, no resolution. I will be getting rid of both products, and going with a different company, entirely.
