Love the smaller size. Fits many places my old phone didn’t.

I like my new Iphone very much. It was a bit to get used to and feel comfortable with as I have my 6 for many years. I have a 12 now, so it is definitely different and more advanced. I am 80, so it probably took me alittle longer, but I've got it now. thanks

Great size and good looking. I’m having a hard time getting used to the new phone as Apple has changed how you access things. Camera protrudes a bit off of the back, so I’m a bit worried about it getting damaged easily. I am concerned about the battery life. It was completely dead when pulled out of the box, but the salesman said it wasn’t a problem. It uses much more battery life in a day than my old Apple iPhone.

This phone has some great specs. It is on the smaller size, but it can do so much.

This phone is a good upgrade. I went from a older iphone model to faster more reliable phone.

It fits in my pocket, which was my main goal. It has been a little bit glitchy, though.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. The salesman was professional and extremely courteous. He took the time to thoroughly explain the product to me. I made the purchase for my daughter who is a college student. She loves the phone and all of its capabilities.

Good phone with great camera. Battery life is not great if using 5G

Quality was as expected. iPhones have been and continue to be as advertised. My buying experience was exceptional. Cannot say enough good things about BestBuy staff and support. They always screed my expectations. iPhone and BestBuy are a winning combination.

I bought the iPhone 12 mini for dimensions (size) of the phone.

So far so good with my new iPhone mini. Very helpful sales staff. My only complaint, my new mobile service agreement is not attached to my email from BestBuy stating that it is attached. Will visit store for hardcopy.

Jump upgrade from a 6s. Fairly easy to get all of my apps up and running. New features and functions were easy to adapt to. Staff at Best Buy very helpful.

Overall everything is great. We got the see thru case and he likes the black one better. He loves the phone and everything else. We will be returning the see through one because he said it was smoother and moved to easily.
