Beware the promo deal! I was told my phone payment would get a really big discount if I sent AT&T my old phone, yep! BUT I wan't told it's a monthly discount (like maybe $30/month) that stops and leaves me with my remaining total if I want to switch phones or carrier. So: If I try AT&T and my new phone for 4 months and don't like it and switch, I'll STILL have the remaining 26 months of phone payments to make and the discount will no longer cover it! I guess I'm stuck with 30 months of AT&T or a big bill. And I gave up my previous phone for it. It would have been better to take Best Buy's payment for it, or sell it on ebay. The iPhone: it's ok, pretty good in lots of ways, the camera is good, Pro Raw isn't actually a RAW format though, it has noise reduction added, it's more like unprocessed HDR from jpegs, you're still losing detail. Also, the camera is slow. Android is a smarter UI, having to change any settings in the settings app rather than in the actual app you're trying to change the settings of is really clunky. App organization is messy. "It just works" after you use google to search for how to change things like: how to remove the Cupertino location from the weather widget, or how to keep apps from downloading to multiple devices when getting from the app store (seriously? this is the default?). The screen is nice, the speakers are loud and clear, the battery life has been very good for me.

Still waiting for 5G in my area, but the phone has been fantastic so far. Upgraded from a 6S plus iPhone. My wife has an 8 Plus and we will be getting another 12 pro. The camera is fantastic. The speed of the phone and quality of the screen is great. It is much more rugged than my old phone. The weather resistance is long overdue. No need for a giant case to protect it from the elements.

The iPhone 12 Pro is simply amazing. The speed, graphic quality and the camera clarity are the best features. While it was a difficult decision to upgrade, I do not regret it and I wished I had upgraded soon. The only drawbacks thus far is that it's a little heavier than my previous phone and it's somewhat pricey. I'm confident that you will find the 12 Pro to your liking.

Both my wife and I upgraded from the iPhone XS to the 12 Pro. I love the sleek blue color on this, but it's not something I've ever really cared about on my phones. The biggest and most noticeable upgrades are the speed of opening and loading apps, the camera/photo quality, and the colors and sharpness of the screen. Definitely worth the upgrade.

What do I say about this phone! It is just amazing. This is my first apple purchase and I’m so very satisfied with the product. The ios is user friendly and camera quality is super. This phone brings so many options to make your life easier in day to day life. For eg. scanning documents, text editing. Thanks apple and bestbuy!

Good speed. Best camera and easy to use all features.

I replaced my iPhone 8 with this one, I like the much better camera on this, especially for night shots. The 8 couldn't do night shots so this was a good addition for me. It was heavier than my previous one but all the other benefits make it worth it. The battery life is also better for my usage needs.

I was hesitant to upgrade because I'd bought the iPhone 11 last year, but I never liked the camera on the 11 so I decided to go ahead and upgrade to the 12 Pro. I've been very happy with the pictures I've gotten so far! Other things I like are the clarity of the screen and the fact that the phone feels lighter than the last two I've had. My only complaint is that whenever I'm in a 5G area, the battery drains faster than my old phone when in use, but I knew that could be an issue going in and I can change the settings to use only LTE to save on battery. Overall, very happy with my purchase!

Very happy with this phone. It’s features are nice, a nice upgrade compared to my previous phone. It’s much lighter than the other models. I haven’t used it for long but happy so far. I like the different color options. The camera is really nice, but apple is usually behind in this department compared to other brands of phones.

Hands down the best iPhone I've owned since iPhone 5 (my favorite design). I wasn't looking to upgrade as I was still ok with my iPhone X, but I wanted to take advantage of the trade in value. I'm glad I did. Great battery life. Gets me through the day with no extra charging. Pictures are simply amazing. No regrets here!

5G and iPhone 12 Pro speeds are incredible. The moment this phone was revealed I knew I wanted to have it. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my 8 Plus but it was time for a nice upgrade. Got this for $200 off and paid $799 during the Black Friday sale. For the price it was pretty much a no brainer to make the switch.

Great phone’ is it a huge improvement over the 11? Not really, but that’s because I don’t have 5G in my area yet for AT&T. Otherwise, the phone does feel slimmer, which makes it easier to hold. The shape reminds me of the good ole iPhone 5. The build is great, the metal sides feel quality. The OLED screen is nice!

Best iPhone yet. Ya it should be and all, but it really is. The camera is usable for the first time. I think Apple cameras suck. I greatly prefer Samsung ones for most shooting. Especially indoors and low light. Every iPhone up to the 11 were awful in this regard. The 12 pro is the first one I say produces consistently usable images in this regard. Also, barcode scanning on every iPhone was crap in low light, until this one. I had a hard time recommending them for warehouse for this reason. I use Apple and Android every day since I write software for them for work. I prefer Android for a lot of reasons, but this has been the best iPhone since the 4 in my opinion (minus the antenna issues on the 4). It really has caught up in most regards to Android. I still hate the closed ecosystem and random bugs, but that's not going to change ever with Apple. At this point right now I could use either this or a Note 20 Ultra and be 100% happy. I don't have a discernable difference that is worth noting. That is the first time in about 8 years I can say that. So good job Apple.

I had the iPhone X for a few years now and finally decided to upgrade to the 12 pro, I could have gotten the max but it felt too big. The 12 pro is good enough for me, I’m happy with it. I can’t wait to start taking pictures and videos with it when I go on one of my runs.

Was worried from switching from iPhone 11 to the iPhone 12 Pro due to battery life but this phone lasts 2 days for me just like the 11 did. It is thin and feels great in the hands plus looks amazing! I am very pleased with this purchase. Plus the camera takes beautiful and clear pictures.
