Having replaced my series 6 with the 12 is a giant leap in technology. I processor in this phone is extremely quick and efficient very easy to use.

Great phone that takes excellent pictures! I was amazed at how much of the night sky I could capture with this awesome new camera! Expensive phone though, wish they were cheaper!

Only owned for a week. The size of the 12 Pro is perfect. I feel like the quality of the phone felt much more durable compared to the 12. Like most, I find it absurd Apple didn’t include the charger or ear buds like in previous years’ models for the price you pay, then giving a bogus reason for not when it’s obviously a profit-driven move.

Haven't used an iPhone since the 5. Before that, used nothing but iPhones from day one. Since then, used Android devices, including the Moto X and most recently Samsung Galaxy S9. The move back to iOS was shockingly smooth. Kept all of my (many) apps, save one, and found a replacement for that. Dictation seems to work better. I do miss the fingerprint reader, since I work with a mask on all day, and the face reader, which recognizes me even with dark sunglasses seems to wonder 'Who is that masked man?' Love the new, easy to hold, form factor, sharp screen, great sound, and the fact that I didn't lose any of my Google apps in the shift.

Good Overall Device - Camera is Good/ Speeds are good/ Kinda not liking the whole no charger this but it doesn't hamper the phone

Stunning looks, ease of use and awesome camera. I think I will keep DSLR packed after getting this phone. Bought recenelty through AT&T plan and yet to explore more.

Great improvement over my old iPhone 10, the camera and processor upgrade are worth the cost.

I love the new design. It feels good in my hand. The three cameras are a plus. It’s still pricey, but with all of the changes in this model, I think it’s worth it.

Feeling awesome in hands, fitted, fast with A14 chip even the 5G if AT&T is not really active yet. Frustrated that AT&T website said they already in 5G network!!!

For 10 years I’ve been an apple phone user, but for the last 18 months I have bounced between Samsung phones, OnePlus phones and Motorola android phones, usually returning back to Apple in the end (mostly for its ease of use, ease to upgrade OS w/o waiting). The inclusion of Dolby Vision and better cameras had me sell the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 to get this phone. As usual, Apple doesn’t disappoint, fit and finish is beyond reproach, great pictures, etc. Now iOS 14 is sort of buggy from time to time, with my screen having problems (would be horizontal when it should be vertical, frozen screen, app crashes). I don’t know if is hardware and software, but this has been an issue for me since iOS 10, to be honest. Also (beyond the AirPods, of course) Apple is n incremental creator instead of an innovator these days, which is what drew me away in the first place. Look, it is an excellent phone, fit and finish is awesome, camera is great (even tho i prefer the pics Samsung hi end phones take) and if you are an apple fan you won’t be disappointed. However, the thrill is gone.

The battery life is my selling point. Along with an excellent 4k camera. I’ve loved apple for years

I purchased the gray/granite color. Really wanted a red one but even though you see those online, the stores just never seem to have those feminine colors for us ladies, that’s sad. However I decided to purchase a Kate Spade bling case so that helped. I am enjoying the phone some far. I’m still trying to figure out all the bells & whistle of all the perks of this one. I’m not to tech but I have done pretty well so far. Wish it wasn’t so expensive nowadays to get these phones, you have no choice through to keep up to date. Nice phone, not to big or heavy

This phone is a big upgrade from the iPhone 8 I had previously. The camera quality is amazing, and the bigger design is perfect.

Upgraded from an iPhone 8 due to damage. Definitely worth the upgrade if needed. Very fast. Convenient Face ID. Awesome camera.

Came from an 11 PRO so not a huge upgrade but do love this new phone. Find it is easier to hold with the square edges and it does feel overall "quicker" than the 11 pro. 5G with ATT in the St Louis area is kinda whatever, was getting similar speeds with the 11 pro really (yes I did switch to the required 5g plan with att). Overall I love the phone, would purchase again

Great quality device. Purchased for son to be in constant contact with us. It takes great pictures and has a long lasting battery.

Traded up from the XSMAX and can’t believe the difference in the speed and clarity on the camera/pictures. Overall a great upgrade for me.
