Love this phone, easy to use and the camera is great and with the promotions it was a great buy

Definitely the right choice for me as I upgraded from the iPhone 8. I didn’t want the Max because I felt that it’s too big. The mini is very similar in size to the 8, so I wanted to go a tad bit bigger along with the Pro model for the additional features. It’s lightweight, super fast, and designed very well. If you haven’t upgraded in a while, this one is worth it, especially with the great deals you’re able to get with your carrier.

This is the second one. The first one had an issue with the WiFi and had to be replaced even though it was like pulling teeth getting Best Buy to take it back even though it was within the two week exchange window. Eventually they did exchange it after a few calls to corporate and a long wait at the store they got us the new one. This functions as it should even though iPhone is starting to get very predictable and really could use a sprucing up in their design. This phone is very reminiscent of the 5 in design and it’s the same ole OS but let’s face it that’s what most people want, put down an old one and pick up a new one with very minimal learning curve.
