Smooth Review

I was skeptical to upgrade due to the uneasiness if losing my home button. But, it took no time at all for me to adjust to not having one. The 12 Pro is very lightweight with a smooth touch and easy accessibility.

Always been a great process and good customer support. Was a little upset with the process to get the phone connected to my service, was able to figure it out and all is well.

Upgrading a Cell Phone

The Sales Associate persevered and completed the upgrade process. The rating is not a five because cell phone carrier was having a special that the Sales Associate/Best Buy did not know about at the time and I had to call the carrier directly to get the special applied.

It arrived in time, and in perfect shape, no damages. I reccomend buying iPhone 12 from Best Buy, either online or from store.
