After we had shopped around enough, I decided on my own that I would go to Best Buy to make the purchase. The guy at the cell phone counter was super--very patient with all of my questions; very detailed and thorough with his explanations. I'm sorry I can't remember the guy's name. But I would definitely recommend making a purchase at Best Buy.

Once the decision was make, I ordered the phone online and it was delivered to me the next day and the activation was easy. While I am still learning to use the phone to it’s potential I’m thrilled with the quality of the phone and happy I made the decision to buy!
