Amazing phone. Bought for the wifey for Christmas and she hasn't put it down since. Gorgeous chrome like shell. Picture quality and performance are off the charts incredible. Only complaint is that for $1000 you have to purchase the charging block or magnet charger separately.

The new iPhone I just got for my wife is just super! It take great pictures and is very easy to use. The emails, texting, and google are some of the ways my wife uses the phone along with the many apps that are on her phone. Apple did a great job making the 12 pro.

Love that we finally have a 128gb abase storage. 5G is super fast and great even indoors. Only downside is that it is slightly heavier than my iPhone 11 Pro Max but I have a feeling that is because of the magnet

Have only owned android phones my entire life. Was expecting the transition to be more difficult but the camera is phenomenal and any of the small nuances in moving around iOS are absolutely outshined by how fast and reliable my experience has been so far

Good little phone. I had the iPhone 7plus up until I got this 12 pro, and the screen size looks bigger but the phone is actually smaller. I love the memoji’s a lot!! That is the only reason my husband wants to upgrade lol. I am giving it 4 starts because even though it is a pro which to me means like a plus... the screen size is smaller and I miss the home button. The batter life is pretty awesome!!

I had iPhone X before this, the main difference is the ability to use 5G and the display. The camera is a big yes to change your phone from X model. Photos and videos are clear even in dark o low light, that’s the first thing you’ll notice.

Love it. Feels premium and it’s definitely a monumental jump to what I’m used to. The phone is a touch small but the screen feels bigger. The Best Buy trade in gave me instant credit and a few dollars more than what Apple was offering. A great buy.

Love the color and shine of it. For the most part, it’s like the iPhone 11 Pro. So you don’t need to upgrade. But the new design is awesome and fits in your hand better. Overall a solid phone.

I had an iPhone 8+ before and like the smaller case size but similar screen size. Love the face recognition and camera improvements. Still learning the differences between the two phones but love the way the new IPhone 12 operates.

I love this phone it has work perfectly and the battery life is by far the best I’ve had. Also the size of it is perfect. It also works with aftermarket wireless chargers.

Awesome phone! Great pictures, fast and nice. Only thing I found annoying is Apple cheaped out and didn’t give us a phone wall Charger.

Great phone and worth the upgrade. The camera is crisp and clear; high resolution. And the battery is far better than previous models. Only downside is the high cost; which has gotten absurd in recent years.

Phone is great, camera is awesome. I have not upgraded my phone since iPhone 6 so this was a big step up. Getting used to Face ID which is a pain when wearing a mask. Overall I love the phone especially the battery life.

Great phone period!!! Camera is better than ever. Lidar really does help with photos at night. 5g is really fast but at the cost of battery not much though. MagSafe is very cool can’t wait to receive my car mount.

Exactly what I hoped, I loved the iPhone 8 camera and was reluctant to upgrade. Bigger and better as expected, very happy with the new phone as well as Best Buy Staff who took care of everything.

This phone is amazing, camera is excellent, beautiful and light weight. Only issue is we have experienced some dropped calls to other iPhone users.

Camera is amazing, the feel and look of the phone is an upgrade from the iPhone X. The transfer from my previous iPhone to this was super easy. The only issue I have is the led / flash in the back. It’s brighter but I think the placement could be better. Overall a good buy and a upgrade from anything profile to the X.

A little bit of a learning curve from Android to Apple iPhone, But I love how I receive all my call's now.. Phone is fast and the 5G is much faster.. I definitely recommend this phone to everyone!!
