Awesome upgrade! Great camera! It is worth every penny!

This phone is pretty good since it’s the 12 and it’s blue

This was one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a phone. I wasn't hassled, but encouraged. I wasn't pushed into purchasing anything extra, but was shown the benefits of having certain accessories. If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Best Buy has yet to disappoint...in any area! Thanks for a pleasant experience!

I love this phone basically for the camera. Everything else is basic iphone specs , isn’t the most comfortable phone to hold without a case because of sharp corners

Great phone. I’ve been having issues with my blue tooth but just took it to feel squad. They did a hard reset on the phone.. so fingers crossed that fixed it

As expected, next gen iPhone does not disappoint. However, it is unclear if the experience is that much different than the previous model I owned (8 plus). The only driving factor for upgrading was the bill credits with AT&T, making the upgrade negligible in cost. The design is very much like iPhone 4/5 (like a slab).

Very good, but not $1300 good. Not really even $700 good. But still a very elegant device with a consistent experience across applications.

The iPhone 12 Pro is the best iPhone yet. If you are already an iPhone user and are at the point where you need a new phone, its a great upgrade. If your current iPhone is still working great, I think you can skip this one as there are not any game changing features from the previous generation.

Excellent camera with great low light capability. Great display, with fine image quality and color. A good upgrade from my old phone.

I always get my phones at Best Buy. Sales associates are always so helpful and knowledgable and always try and save you money and explain everything. I am excited for this new phone, so far so good! And same cost as the iphone 11 pro - no huge jump thank goodness.

Overall good phone. Pictures are sharp and dark mode is a great advancement to the iPhone. Face ID still has its issues.

Love the quality and iPhone in general. Camera takes beautiful pictures. Would definitely recommend. Worth the price.

Best Buy did a great job getting us up and running on the new phone. The phone is ok. So far the low lighting pics aren’t as great as I’d hoped. Maybe I’m bot using it right. The flash works differently since I don’t seem to be able to “force it” to flash anymore. It uses a really slow shutter speed when I’m in a low light setting rather than flashing so I have to hold super still but it’s still blurry. I probably need to figure out something.
