I definitely have no idea how to reset the phone if needed. Just turning off my phone seems to be more of a hassle than it used to be. At times I miss being able to open my phone with finger print because Face recognition does not always work especially being a person with many looks and lighting seams to change ability to open the phone So I’m constantly having to type in the passcode , it is annoying. I don’t like the fact that it doesn’t tell me how much percentage my battery has , like my old phone used to. . . .

This is my first iPhone and so far very happy with it. Changing from Samsung was no problem. After paying around with it, I find it easier to get to things. The screen and camera clarity are amazing. But to put things in to perspective. I switched from a Samsung S7. I'm sure I bought way more phone than I need but I will have it for years to come, especially at that price. Although they all seem to be rather expensive these days.
