Best Buy made the upgrade smoother than AT&T so much so that we will use them for all future upgrades. I would be remiss if I did not mention that there absolutely no additional charges incurred using the Best Buy option.

I’ve had my new iPhone 11 Pro for about a week now and I absolutely love it! I’m 60, so I thought it would be hard to get used to not having a home button, but it took me about two tries and I was sold! Charges up in super speed!

Excited and satisfied with the iPhone 12 Pro Pacific Blue 256Gb. The new features are extremely fabulous. I’m proud and I would recommend it to all my friends, relatives and all the Android phone owners looking for a secure phone.

Love the phone. Great reception and no dropped calls yet. So far all is perfect - once it was set up. Some minor issues during set up but that is due to the fact not all applications switch easily. Overall, very satisfied.

I have upgraded from an IPhone 7 to a 12, and it was worth every penny. I can add more apps, memory, and games to my phone. This is a great upgrade for whole home automation control as well.

The camera is the best part of this phone! I love that it lets you see so many details!

Works great. I really like the new lens setup for the 12 pro. Also the night shots look great. Works as expected from a phone standpoint. Definitely would like to see 5G support from the carriers though

I expect the 5 G to be quicker and it’s not. I love the battery life of the phone

I absolutely love this phone and I'm not even an Apple guy bought this phone for my son, and I'm a Samsung fan never had an iPhone myself but I tell you what they really stepped up there game on this one.

Best Buy part of transaction was great as usual but AT&T turn-in credit will take a couple of months to post. How is it that everything else takes seconds but the turn-in credit takes two months??

I bought this item for my daughter. She hasn’t had any issues with it and she loves it. She always changes her iPhone whenever there’s an upgrade. But she’ll never go to anything but an iPhone.

I owned iPhone XS and XS MAX and both had stunning displays. This one seems little yellowish compare to the once I owned in the past. Something bugs me all the time. And yes, my true tone and night shift both are off. I have had multiple iPhone 12s thinking there is something wrong with my phone but this is the new normal display Apple is using on all of the new 2020 phones.

I really love my new iPhone 12 Pro with the stainless steel sides that feels more solid and less slippery than other iPhone. The only issue is that Apple does not include a charger

I love my new iPhone. Best Buy got it to me in two days when it was gonna take AT&T over a month and the customer support was really nice with helping me get everything set up.

Great phone. Usually bought my phones from the cell phone stores, but they did not have the blue iPhone in stock. Best Buy did and I am not disappointed that I bought it here.

Much needed for when my previous iPhone of 3 years got slow. Should’ve waited for the 13.. but this is just as great and I love the blue color

Great phone with a great price. My only complaint was I couldn’t get the color that I wanted. The iPhone 12 Pro has all the bells and whistles that you might need.

easy to get i preorder the phone and when it came in i went to best buy went to check out showed the cashier the order number she got the phone and i was on my way
