    Spotty service at times is annoying but I think that mostly reflects the service provider as opposed to the phone. The phone is great and I love it

    Good looking phone. Has one nice features. My reason for the low rating is the because of the battery. It drains much quicker than my iPhone 8plus did. I hope that apple comes out with a fix in the near future....
