I've basically buy an IPhone every Year. This I have to say is one of the best ones I've ever purchased. It's also the largest phone I've every own. I like the security that Apple provides. Any phone can be hacked, but Apple products makes it very hard to break. That's way I'm an Apple user.

It’s really good phone by apple’s but as price goes up they take out few item from the box like wall charger and headphones.

From. An 11 pro max to the 12 pro max I will say this was not worth the upgrade. Too hyped up for little results. 5G made no difference to my calls. I actually think Apple program phone to require Apple earbud headset or you find there are delays in transmission even when talking to someone who had another iPhone 12 series. They had the same problems too. Camera is def upgrade but I would not have upgraded for camera.

I love this new phone! It is very classy and elegant looking and the gold color is perfect and more cream colored than gold which I love! As for as specs I'm not a huge camera user and everything else is pretty much the same-this was an upgrade from the Iphone 10s Max

Best Buy made the process super easy! I got my IPhone right away, everyone was really helpful with my first big purchase on my own. The phone is very nice and easy to use. I’m grateful I did it with them. My phone has no issues and neither does my service!

Colin was very professional, helpful and patient with our questions. He knew the process well, communicated steps with us as going from the old phone to the new phone, including billing and transferring data from old to new. Love the new phone!

2nd time buying smart phone thru Best Buy and they were just the best. Went from Android to I phone and they were So helpful. Spent as much time as needed with all my Questions. They keep everything very clean there. Highly recommend
