The latest IPhone

The big improvement I see is the camera, with its crystal clear pictures, looks very professional. Now also, we will be able to face time with android cellphones users. The phone is sleek and very good looking, but it gets a little heavy, once you add that phone case. It is still a great phone.

A Nice Upgrade

Love the large screen and the clear display. The stereo speakers are nice, and the folks at Best Buy did a wonderful job transferring all our apps, pics and messages from the old phone. Overall this was a great purchase experience for a terrific phone. Hopefully, this one will last 4 to 5 years before we have to replace it.

I was not going to upgrade but the specs on the iPhone 12 pro max was way better than my current phone. I was excited to play with the camera and see how much faster it was compared to my old phone. To my surprise the only thing I noticed was the camera and maybe a little less buffering on apps. I absolutely do not recommend this phone at this price point. I’m thinking $700. Very disappointed

More importantly, I would like to commend the staff that assisted me - J.J. and Josh at the Maplewood store. They gave, by far, the BEST customer assistance I have ever received at any store!
