My adapted mother wanted to move into an easier phone and a big screen. Knew this phone would be a serious overkill for her, but she loves it it. It takes by far some of the best pictures and video I have ever seen on a smart phone. I am an Android person myself, but if I was to drink apple juice like the rest of you, this would be my first choice.

Hands down the best iPhone ever created. Love the square design. It’s especially helpful to be more squared off for ease of holding since the device is so big.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this phone! I always loved the old body style of the iPhone 4 and the size of the newer ones and now I get the best of both worlds, old Body style with a larger screen! I love the way it feels in my hand and I love how crystal clear everything looks. By far my favorite version of the iPhone. Well done Apple!

I have owned many iPhones. I have found that the iPhone 12 Pro Max was very easy to set up out of the box. Both phone activation and data transfer was easily completed at home. When available, 5G works well. WiFi also works very well. I would recommend this phone to anyone interested in purchasing a new cellular phone.

I’m upgrading from the iPhone XS Max. Love that it comes standard with 128gb storage (up from 64GB with the Xs max) also love the cameras. The night photos are awesome. Love that you can adjust the shutter speed in night mode. It feels better than the previous versions of the iPhone. Love the big screen.

This is hands down the best phone apple has produced! Very happy that the squared edges are back. I may keep this phone longer than 6 months I am that happy with it! Super fast! Only complaint is they have scaled back on interiors in the box and went to a type c without giving you a charging block for it.

Longtime Android user - switched over b/c the kids have iPads. Android and iOS are very similar nowadays. The battery life and camera are top notch! I don't use iCloud as I still back up everything to Google Photos and Google Drive.

I had to immediately exchange mine for another one the day after I bought mine. The phone had insane overheating and connectivity issues. In areas where I would get the best reception with my previous phone, the 12 Pro Max cuts in and out from LTE to 5G and no service. As for the overheating issue. I was using the phone for light social media consumption (liking and sharing posts) and the middle to top section on the back of the phone got really hot after 10-15 minutes of use. It gave me that Temperature warning that iPhones get. (Phone wasn’t plugged in before or during overheating issue) I didn’t want to risk it being an issue with the battery as my family was affected by the faulty phone batteries by Samsung years ago. So I brought it in to get exchanged. This is my second one. Luckily I don’t have overheating issues but the service cuts in and out like the previous one. Associates at the phone department dismissed it as my carrier being at fault but I switched my sim to a family member’s 11 pro max and quickly realized it’s still the 12 pro max that has connectivity issues.

I spoiled myself and upgraded to this bad boy. And so far I’m in love with it! I love the bigger screen and the pictures are so much better. I also got the gold because it’s such a beautiful color. It’s an actual gold, unlike last years model, which looked more like rose gold

Great photos and it seems the battery lasts longer. It was very easy to transfer all datas to a new iphone 12max at best buy. I haven’t tested the speed of 5G compared to 4G yet since I haven’t had time to contact verizon to upgrade my service.

I recently switched my I phone 8plus with I phone 12promax. I am very thrilled with my new phone. I like big phone (because I have big hands). This fits my needs just perfect. Love the camera result and touch response. I would definitely recommend it!!!

Feels very sturdy. The camera is phenomenal, especially in low light conditions. I do miss the home button, but I'm getting used to the face id. You also can tell the difference in the processor, everything just seems to be that much more responsive.

I will write about the 3 iPhone 12 Pro Max items purchased in this one review! We simply love the phones and their capabilities which are absolute hard to live without! We enjoy the softshell covers as well purchased and super fast recharge possibilities!!

Absolutely love the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Almost two years ago I switched from Apple to Samsung because I was just not liking the iPhone. However, I switched back for many reasons. This phone is fast, great camera, and love the updates in the iOS.

The new iPhone 12 Pro Max is as always a great Apple product. Its almost the same as my older iPhone 11 Pro max just slightly bigger and little faster. But I'm a true iPhone user so I will usually get the newest iPhone at least every other year.

I love this phone. Not only is the color beautiful, the new design is gorgeous. I had an 11 and was on the fence upgrading, but I am glad I did as Best Buy had the best trade in policy hands down. The phone is much faster as well on the 5G.

The product surprised me on how easy the upgrade was for me to do myself. Most of the new features and speed of the transactions that the phone preforms are fascinating and well appreciated. Can’t wait to experience the use of the camera’s

This is my first IPhone, have been an Android guy my entire online history. I am amazed at the quality of the camera/video capability and ease of use. My son has helped with most of my questions as to "how do I do". Love it

Excellent iPhone! Like the size and handling comfort. I like the old style design better so it's an improvement over my previous XS Max. If you have XS or older, it's worth upgrading.

I love this phone! It’s big enough for me to see comfortably, especially streaming and yet easy to carry. As always iPhone user friendly; I have a droid for work and no comparison…and the pics it takes fantastic!
