Since I finally upgraded from an iPhone 7, it was time. I was waiting for the 13 but when I lost my 7 had planned to get the 12. I decided on the 12 Pro Max because of the bigger face. I’m getting used to the weight but love the larger face. If I have one peeve, it’s that I miss the button. It’s not easy to close open apps as you have to hit and move up exactly in the right place to see the open apps. I’m still learning other features such as the camera but think I’ll learn to love it. BTW...the sound quality is amazing...didn’t realize how bad it was on my old 7 as it aged. Don’t really understand the 5G concept. Didn’t compare other phones but since I’ve got a Mac and IPad I won’t change from the Apple family.

This phone is phenomenal. The size is perfect. I thought it might be to large but that is not the case. Gaming, watching videos, taking pictures etc is flawless. Everything just works. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy.

Excellent phone, best iPhone yet. The flat edges and screen glass are welcome, I never did like the curved edges of the previous devices. Super fast, 5G, great camera and lighter than my 11 Pro Max. What's not to love?

I needed a new phone and this one does the trick. It’s large screen is easy to read and the added features make it the best one yet. My only comment is that the phone can get hard to hold on to, so I recommend a case.

Beautiful phone, to put it simply. The graphite color is classic and classy. Love the straight edges and it makes it easier to hold the phone. Camera is phenomenal.

I like this iPhone a lot. It’s a little larger than what I am use to but it faster than the last iPhone I had. It takes nice photos for a camera phone. The blue is a nice color. Simply marvelous

I finally made the switch from Samsung Galaxy Note to iPhone. I’m so happy with my purchase and the color of this phone is beyond beautiful! It’s much easier to navigate through this phone and the camera quality is amazing. I’m rating this only 4 stars because I’m disappointed that Apple did not include headphones and a adapter with the phone.

“Superb” is one word to describe iPhone 12 Pro Max. The size makes it easier to read text and view pictures. Pictures are crystal clear. It is worth upgrading from any model except iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Overall great phone. Cant believe it doesn't come with a charging block anymore. The galaxy line has a better screen resolution and refresh rate, but the iPhone 13 is supposed to be better than the galaxy line up. Faster then my 11 Pro Max, camera might be a little better. Not huge differences from the 11, but noticeable!

I'm new to Iphone but not to iOS, have a iPad Pro, so it was easy to pick up how to use. I'm a long time Android user. The biggest difference I can see so far is you must pay for so many things, like ringtones, whereas I could just select a bit of music on my Android and make it my ringtone. I do like the little things that pop up at odd moments. For instance, someone sent Congrats and my phone screen popped with confetti. Controls are a little different. Some of the displayed items on my Samsung, I do miss, along with the always displayed clock screen even when not in use. Overall, I'm still up in the air which I prefer.

Absolutely love this phone. Been iPhone users for many many years. Best Buy did a great job transferring everything over from my iPhone 10. Takes great pics, Battery Life is Awesome

Incredible overall capabilities. Cameras are superior, including ability to do panoramic shots. The phone is fairly intuitive and easier to learn how to use it properly.

My first time owning an IPhone and I have to say, after 3 weeks, I’ve finally adapted to and grown to like it. Only downfall and I always thought this as my kids have always had IPhones, is the messaging. I missed messages one day from my son to pick him up because I was out and about with no WiFi and I don’t leave my data continuously on. He called me after I didn’t respond but it still caused some delay in me picking him up in a timely way. I just don’t get why it has to be that way. Androids send and receive messages and pictures with or without data. It’s a good size but with the additional price as well. But if it lasts 2 1/2 to 3 years it will be worth it.

I needed a new phone and finally picked the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I thought it might be to big but it's perfect. The camera takes great pictures. Easy to use and set up yourself.

The phone is great. The camera is amazing, i really wanted a bigger phone then my old one and was worried it wouldnt fit in a pocket but have not had any issue with it so far.

Probably my 200th iPhone purchase in the last two years for my wife. Not because she breaks them but because she likes having shiny new things and being boogie (or is it bougie?). I wish Apple would stop releasing new phones every year! I’m still using my dad’s old bag phone from the early 2000’s. Yeah, it’s bulky, heavy, and has no games or videos but it can take a beating! I mean I’ve run over it, dropped it water, used to stop a raging, hormonal bear of a chihuahua. I still have the scars but the phone doesn’t. Well my wife loves her iPhone MMXXI. Especially, the camera. Every dang time I turn around she has my child dressed like she’s on the cover of Vogue and they are taking selfie’s. If I’m luck in the next few days Apple will release their MMXXII edition and I can maybe afford an iPhone 4...

So far so good. I’ve only owned the phone for a few weeks now and everything about it seems good. The phone is so fast and easy to use that I rarely use my home computer now.

Love the Iphone 12 Pro Max. Had a little over a year now and still love it. Great size. Takes excellent pictures.
