I just want to start off by saying that I have been a long time Apple customer and I have strayed away from their products because of the prices of some items. Although I have tried other products and no matter whether it was lg or Samsung, they couldn’t compare to the lifespan of apple’s products. The iPhone 12 Pro Max is the best device to date and the fact that it is simple to use and there’s so much more to offer with this device. Besides the fact that I had to purchase a power box for the charger cable. I must say that I am completely satisfied with my purchase and my experience my iPhone 12 Pro Max. ❤️

Glad I upgraded and I highly recommend it. The new chip is amazing and so much faster, you can notice it big time. The camera is also a huge upgrade.

Best mobile phone on the market. Traded in my X model. I consider it a versatile camera that also does phone calls and more - hahaha! I just wish it wasn't so expensive!

What a fantastic Iphone. I traded in a 6 plus so you know it was more than time for me to get a new one....the salesperson told me "I doubled up going from a 6 to a 12" ...lol! I was worried about not having a home button but I quickly learned how to manage the new phone with the facial recognition ....which I love. Its quick and easy and the camera is amazing! The Best Buy Phone Tech was great and made it easy to transfer and save everything from my old phone.

I love my phone, the camera alone is great, love the design and price was to bad. Best Buy i I n Alexandria has great customer service and great friendly employees.

Absoutely terrific phone. The camera quality is top notch, the phone isn’t too heavy and has amazing screen quality. The battery life is the best I’ve ever had.

I upgraded from an iPhone XSMax, and the camera and photo display is clearly better; it is a bit faster too, but the cell chip is a lot worse...more dead spots now, dropped calls, etc. I wish the Qualcomm and Apple lawsuit/war never existed of course. Oh well. Great phone , though.

Great phone. The battery is really good it lasts more than a day so I don’t need to charge it every night. I love the way pictures come out

Nice big phone with a big screen. Camera's take awesome pictures. Phone comes in different colors and different sizes. what's not to like about an Iphone

5G. Is outstanding Set up and transfer very easy to use

Love the phone. Sales people were very helpful. Definitely worth the price. Camera is much better than my old XR and screen is much bigger.

Very nice phone. Upgrade from Samsung S8+. Massive speed and camera difference. Hard switching back to the limitations of apple, but easy with iOS 14.

We have used this for some time. Wish it was easier to operate for my husband as the swipe to clear or next does not always work.

My wife previously had an iPhone 6S+ and it has gotten slower over the years. I wasn't able to secure an iPhone 13, so instead, decided to buy the next available version for her as a wedding anniversary present and boy, was she was extremely delighted! This was a welcomed upgrade, as she is now able to be more "productive" due to the faster hardware on the phone, as well as more storage space for high quality photos and videos. Thanks to Best Buy for making it easy to purchase phones and accessories!

Really like the max, feel like it’s Finally got tho the size a plus should be not too big perfect for me to type on.

I upgraded from my 8 plus mainly because I wanted the better camera. I’m so far very pleased with everything this phone has to offer. The area I live is kind of spotty as far as the 5G coverage is concerned so the phone will drop internet from time to time depending on where I’m at. Being honest my 8plus had a more reliable internet signal being on LTE. So I guess we will see if that improves. All other things considered this is a great phone!!

Phone is fast and the camera is amazing. Still waiting to see how fast it is on the 5G network. Not available in my area right now

Apple just keeps getting better. From the camera to the ease of access I am loving using my new phone. And it looks just as flashy as it performs.

Super slick and fast. If you liked the 8+, you will love the size of this. Love the “new” design that is throwback to old. Very highly recommend!
