Absolutely awesome phone. The camera is amazing, 5G is great when you can get a 5G Signal. Worth the money for sure! and the extra ram this phone has is VERY noticeable. It runs everything very smooth.

Love this phone although I wasn’t crazy about the “roving” credit I would receive for my trade-in. (Traded iPhone XS Max). The screen size is maybe a 1/4” larger than what I was leaving… it does everything my old phone did….only quicker. I am not a power user but I am truly enjoying this phone and am happy with the change up. The only “downside” was the quote given me by the sales person in the store selling me the phone for the trade value…. Then giving me the info to come home and request the box/mailing label trade request and finding out it was $50 less…. and I had already moved into the new phone.

Phone is amazing. Love the screen size, the camera, the memory and fluently the phone works. It was an upgrade for my dad and I, and we couldn’t be happier partnering this on ATT.

I had a 12 pro and I loved it, but it felt too small. I’m not opposed to smaller phones, I’ve just alway had bigger phones, so I though I’d try something different for once. At first I enjoyed the smaller size, and reachability. Having a larger screen just makes using the phone more enjoyable because you can SEE more. Reading books because less of a chore because I wasn’t turning the page quite as often. The larger camera sensor is great too, it adds way cleaner depth of field when taking regular and portrait photos. Overall I love it and I’d recommend getting it if you don’t mind using 2 hands occasionally.

Oh man I love my phone so much!!!Huge screen and great battery life. I don’t charge my phone for 2 days and i still had battery power. Very smooth phone and I recommend to anyone.

I bought this phone for my wife and she loves it. She says the phone is super fast and the 5g connection with at&t is great. It also has a great camera and the screen looks amazing.

Its an iPhone! There is not much that has changed besides better cameras, 5G capability and bigger screen. No surprises, however, apple products are great!

I am loving my 12 PRO MAX. It would have been nice to know that the 13 was just around the corner. No matter...I am content with my new phone.

I loved my Pixel 2XL for a long time. Bought it when they first came out. Fully planned to upgrade to another one. Long story short that plan went away when this phone was gifted to me by my daughter (lucky me). The 12 Pro Max is an amazing device. Everything is fast. WiFi, photo processing, everything I've used it for so far has been perfect. The camera is on another level. I'm thinking about selling my DSLR since I just don't use it anymore. It is expensive no doubt, but I'll keep it for a few years. Not it will be tough to get me to go back to Android.

Terrific product. Lightening fast, for sure! 5G waters my eyes. Decent price. Sales staffer was magnificent (C'enena) - probably misspelled her name. She knew the product, explained my options in detail and did if in a reasonable amount time. I've used the i12 for a week now and I love it. Used many of the 'bells and whistles" and like them very much. I've replaced my "8" and am very happy with the new iPhone and the Woodbridge Best Buy team. Still have a lot to learn about all I can do with this phone - have only had it for 7-8 days. Semper Fidelis. Larry A

I figured it was time to upgrade. There is a lot of difference between the two. I got used to the whole plugging in my headphones to listen to music... but there is no headphone jack. Ended up buying the apple earpods... another $200 lol. It also didn't come with its own power adapter.. ugh. I also had to google how to turn on and off this phone because it was different from my old one. Other than that.... I actually love the phone. Its really fast.. it has some weight to it... and connects to my car faster.

Great phone, fast speeds and great screen size for the amount of money you are spending, camera quality is my favorite thing about it!

I was impressed with the service and knowledge. I loved the Apple IPhone 12 Pro Max 5g excellent device as always. Apple delivers again and again. I have been an Apple customer for over 10 years and I would use another smartphone for my personal use again. I have had Samsung, Motorola, Kyrocera. LG.. No comparison the the Apple iPhone. Very happy with AT&T as well thanks William

Best iphone I've had, no problems. No software glitches or malfunctions of any kind that ive run into. Works great. This phone can hold a freaking charge. I havnt charged my phone in 2 and a half days and im just now at 20% battery life. Granted i dont game on it a ton which may drain battery fast but i think the phone could still perfom well while gaming. The phone takes great pictures and automatically ajusts the contrast in dark environments to make the picture look its best.

This iPhone has a great camera. Pictures are fantastic. It's a little heavy, but battery life is exceptional

Loving my new iphone. The camera is amazing and it is literally like a small iPAD.. The only thing I needed to get used to was the size. I had always slipped my iphone 8 into my back pocket without a problem, but the 12 pro was just to big to be comfortable. I finally decided to purchase a StashBandz from Amazon and love it. I can put my phone upright in one of the slots which to me is much more accessible and safer then putting it in my pocket or purse.

Significant upgrade from iPhone 6s Plus. Camera, processing speed and battery life are very good. Very pleased.
