Apple can never do wrong, this phone is the best. Very easy to use and the stand out Pacific Blue is the winner. The phone fits perfectly in the hand and has a well crafted griped edging, it falls more towards round as a posed to the usual square design of its past party. Apple continues to set the mobile device bar, unbelievably high.

This is by far my favorite iPhone I have been using Apples IPhone since day one and have upgraded about every 2 years. Yea there might not be a charger head in the box but it’s only 30 bucks or so to get one and you can yours your old one. If you are spending this kind of money on a phone then you can afford a charger lol

I have used iPhones previous to this one and this one has a really nice size and feel to it. Very easy to use as is with all iPhones. Great pictures too! My only suggestion to be aware that it does not come with a 120v adaptor. It only comes with a lighting>usb c cord.

This is the 1st iPhone I've owned and I like it! I would absolutely recommend this phone for anyone switching to iPhone. Pros: 6.7" screen size is perfect for easy reading, games and videos; speakers sound great; great speed Cons: Cost, charger sold separately

Love that I was able to get an iPhone through Best Buy! Had this phone for 3 years and just upgraded to the newest iPhone! When I bought this iPhone they help me set it up and added screen protector!

Love my Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max its very fancy looking. Love the look and feel. Its the perfect size. I know I will Enjoy the new features the phone has to offer and its what I wanted for a while and finally got it. Thanks Apple and Best Buys!!

I hate this phone. My daughter can get in my phone with her face. I miss the finger print. With wearing the mask that feature's useless. The camera's awesome. I'm new to iPhone family. I hate that it doesn't have a gallery. I can't see the battery percentage without sliding .I'm going back to galaxy. This too much to get use to as far as the buttons. The buttons are inconveniently placed. I have a lot of useless screen shots.

Came from a XS to the 12 pro max. The new camera is a lot better and as Is the processor. Haven’t really used the MagSafe feature because I don’t see a need for it, to each their own. Have had an iPhone for 10 years now, quality product

This is a Luxury Phone, made out of Stainless Steel and with a solid weight to it its a center piece of a work desk and mobile lifestyle. the Camera takes amazing pictures at night and the battery lasts a very very long time.

Coming from the XS Max, I can say this is a worthy upgrade. Back to square design, much better photography especially in low light, and an all day battery life. Highly recommended especially if you’re coming from a XS or older.

I just recently got the iPhone 12 Pro Max. It’s my first Max iPhone ever normally I get the smaller one but this phone has been awesome. Doesn’t feel too big, the camera is probably the best part of the phone

Overall I love the phone. I upgraded from the XS Max. It’s sleeker, and faster. Battery life is great. My biggest hassle is finding a case that will not only protect it but also allow the beautiful color to be on display.

I upgraded from the 11 Pro Max to the 12 and I can tell a tremendous improvement in overall performance. The phone is significantly bigger which I love. The camera systems are amazing. Overall a great purchase and phone.

Upgraded from an iphone 11 pro. Small improvements here and there just like every year. Camera and battery life are great! I do wish best buy worked a little more seamlessly with carriers though. Phone is awesome.

I like this phone overall; the display is sharp and clear and battery life is fantastic. Camera is good but not as good as I thought it would be based on reviews. I do not like the fact that it can affect pacemakers, etc. Even if you don't have anything like this, it makes me wonder what else it might be doing when next to the body...

Great new iPhone, and a camera that takes pictures like a $2500 Nikon camera, 12 Pro Max has a screen as big as the whole iPhone 6 Plus, Apple did a great job on this one, have had no problems so far

best ever camera!!! as usual apple continues to reinvent the bar, now adding a new color to their lineup. faster processor is instantly noticeable, i love the iphones & this one is quite exceptional

Excellent phone great display, cameras, and great battery life the only thing I would have like is if I could get all the features in this phone in the Smaller pro size getting used to how big it is.

Came from XS max I’m telling you that you can feel the difference. From the screen to the speakers and the all day battery. I was thinking how much different could it be but wow did it surprise me.

I love this new iPhone! All the features are amazing! I love the camera too! And with the home button on the screen it makes the iPhone look even bigger! And I love the color blue!
