Prior phone was iPhone7 with the fingerprint button. Wasn't sure how I would like the face recognition or deal with not having a home button. But I've found it's actually more intuitive, not less. Also wanted a phone with superior camera with a decent zoom because I use it for vacation photos. The sound on it is amazing as well.

A guy named Ed from Verizon was in the Best Buy and helped me decide to purchase this phone. I really like the larger size compared to my iPhone SE. I’m not on my phone all day like a lot of people, but the experience is much better with this new phone and I look forward to taking pictures when I’m on vacation in Alaska!

The display is beautiful and easy to read without having zoom in on all print. This model also takes the screen further out to the edges giving more space for the display. And if feels good, solid, not bulky. I chose the iPhone 12 pro Max for the camera features and the max for screen real-estate.

Unfortunately, around me there is not 5G capability yet so I am unable to experience that side of this phone. Screen clarity and user ability is the same. Photos in the dark are 100% amazing. Overall, if you want a camera upgrade and have 5G around you I would go for it.
