Great phone, easy to use, the first one I purchased had to go back because it was defective. I’ve had my replacement for going just under a month and they seem to have resolved a majority of the issues. Battery life is great with moderate use. Researching and streaming music most of day. Quick and very responsive. It’s almost too big tho definitely get a case with a pop grip or ring on back helps tremendously.

This phone is absolutely amazing no complaints whatsoever camera quality and features are very much on point glad Apple went back to the squared off edges as well hope it stays around for years to come. In the further I would just hope they shrink the notch but other then that love apple and this iPhone 12 Pro Max

Got this as an upgrade to my iPhone 7+ which although was still performing well it’s battery wasn’t lasting and needed a replacement. Instead I decided to just upgrade. Face ID works better than expected. Display is beautiful. Battery lasts all day with a decent amount of use. Great device.

Love everything about the phone. The battery strength is incredible. Literally the only complaint is that it only come with the wire. No block to plug the wire into the wall which is kind of silly in my opinion. But then again, if you pay $1100 for a phone. Why not spend the extra $19 for the block.

Best quality Iphone yet. The screen is made of OLED and looks razer sharp just like my Best Buy purchased LG OLED TVs. Also cant believe how much better is the sound quality from the speakers....great when watching videos or listening to music. Best Camera and video package on the market.

I love this phone so much. Feels like a different enough phone from my previous iPhone X, and they had a great incentive to get a 12 with my trade-in. The saleswoman who helped me was SO helpful, and the overall experience of buying this in-store and having them set it up for me was great.

Excellent product. If I had to do over I would’ve chosen the 12 Pro because the max is slightly bigger and doesn’t fit my (female) hand as comfortably. Bigger isn’t always better.

Great phone, my wife loves it. Probably never take full advantage of the camera quality, but good to have anyway. We are with Verizon, and I was very pleased how easy it was to upgrade our existing phone, through Best Buy. They did all the work, and made it a very easy process. Recommended
