Very good phone, fast ,very good camera. Microphone would be better picking up the voice when you talk on speaker.

I got the max fro my wife. Although big, the new shape makes it easier to hold. The camera is great and it is very responsive. If you get the Apple silicone case though, it will be very slippery and awkward to carry. Can’t attest for screen durability, as I have not dropped it yet.

I love this phone. The color is beautiful and even with the large size it is not to heavy. The camera is amazing. It is easy to use and provides everything I need. Because I have only had the phone for about a month I cannot comment or rate anything long term.

My girlfriend got this as an upgrade to her Samsung Galaxy s7 edge that desperately needed to be replaced. She’s happy with switching over to iPhone and gets more comfortable using it everyday. She loves the blue and the wonderful pictures it takes even in low light.

Works great. Much bigger than my last phone but should be easy enough to get used to. Love the camera!

I’m really liking the 12 pro max, I thought it would be hard to get used to not having a home button, it was not took to it pretty easy. I’m loving the bigger screen, after having my 6S plus for over 5 years I made the right decision to get the 12 pro max.

Excellent phone. Ton of features. Silver color is great. The only thing I don't like is that the camera is thicker than the phone body. Although it gives greater zoom but there is a risk of it getting damaged as it is the one touching the surface first when you keep your phone down.So far not successfull in connecting over 5G. It has wifi6. Pixel5 lacks it.

Huge upgrade from the 7+ I traded in. Had a good deal that got me $350 for my 7+, way more than the $62 the website estimated it's value on a normal occasion. Took me less time then was expecting to figure out how it works without a home button.

The iPhone 12 Pro Max is an awesome phone. Love the size, features and color. Ordering through Best Buy/Verizon worked well. Best Buy's curb-side pick-up was fast and efficient. The reason for only 4 stars is due to the phone being ordered as a Verizon phone but when I received the phone the SIM card WAS NOT included as it should have been. That delayed setting the phone up and I had to go to the local Verizon store to get the SIM card.

This is my 3rd iPhone and love the new camera. Not a deep tech guy so all reviews about this and that do not echo with me. I need this for maps, apps, and an outside computer. If I need a $3000 camera I will go buy one. This is a fun life extension toy.

Overdue for a new phone and this was a great choice. Easy to adapt to and the camera is amazing

I just love my new Apple 12 Pro Max iPhone 5G! I traded my old Apple 6s and the difference is night and day between these two phones. I really love the camera as it is HD and pictures and videos are crystal clear. Definitely recommend you purchase!

I like my phone stays charged for a long time. Charges real quick. I did have a Samsung and changed to Apple. 12 max pro. I did get a good deal on this phone and bought my grandson one also. I switched from ATT to Verizon! I am very happy with my phone!

Great phone overall. The 5G does kill the battery a lot faster then the 4g ( approximately 2% per hour ) but I am getting near 13 -14 hours on use and standby before charging it around 20% in battery life. The size is nice and the new LiDAR is nice. The color ( blue one ) is very nice and with a clear case stands out. Just wish it came with a wall charge port or a free wireless charger. Sad that Apple is VERY CHEAP about this.

I absolutely love my iPhone 12 pro max! I upgraded from a XR and it was well worth it! If you have a similar phone I highly recommend upgrading! If you have an 11 pro max, unless you get a sweet deal by upgrading, I would wait til next year to upgrade

It's just a little bigger than the 11 pro max but I am in love with this phone, the transferring my phone was a little hectic but it was easy you don't even need to back up your iPhone everything will switch over like a charm.

Wife loves the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Should be enough said, however the size matters with her diminishing eyesight but enabling bigger font. Size allows her to surf and pull up maps and traffic for better viewing.

Although the cost of the phone is substantial, I love my new phone. It has a strong signal and battery life. While I am still learning the new features, basic use is easily learned. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought two of the iPhone 12's and they are perfect. The saleswoman who sold them to me was extremely helpful in setting them up and transferring all the things from my old phones to the new ones. The cameras on the new iPhone 12's are fantastic

Bought the phone for my wife and she seems to enjoy it. Good phone but not really anything new or exciting from previous models aside from what you’d expect as far as specs go and the home button being removed (she previously had the 7 Plus).
