I love my new phone. I had a iPhone XS Max before so this was a big upgrade for me. This phone takes fantastic picture. Glad I waited for this phone to come out. The only thing I didn’t like was I had to or pay extra to my phone company to get 5G.

I got this for my wife. She really into social media and she uses this phone more than she uses her iPad. It’s a really big phone and it’s not my thing. I have the 12 mini but if you like big phones, this is a great one. The camera is excellent

College-age son loves it! He especially likes the camera & video functions/quality. He hesitated getting a large phone, but ultimately chose the Pro Max, and now he loves it.

Ok this is a great phone so why only 4 stars? This phone will give you a headache. Could not figure out why I had a headache for a week then remembered they started right after I purchased this phone. Quick google search and it very common. One place recommended a medical screen saver ($50). Purchased one and within a few days no more headaches. The camera is awesome and I really like it.

Absolutely amazing phone. I bought this for the picture taking abilities. There are so many photos featured, I haven’t figured it all out yet. I wish Apple would give some sort of discount on these pricey phones every once in a while!

Phone is fast and easy to use, but the battery life is very short when using 5G

Upgraded from iphoneXS pro to new iPhone 12 max. The phone is better to hold and seems to be if better quality. Camera is absolutely amazing. The squared off edges are more like the original iPhone which gives it an elegant look.

Love it. Camera is great with super crisp pictures. I had a 7+ before and thought the pictures were good on that. Much improvement with this 12 pro max. It is taking some getting used to with no home button but it’s all good now.

I was an android user and while I do miss my android phone it’s fun getting used to this one. I will say I like how it is easy to pair with other Apple devices, none of the run around you get with pairing stuff to android devices.

I upgraded to this phone for the camera. It has been great so far. My pictures are clearer even at night compared to my old iPhoneX. The phone is larger but I haven’t been bothered by it too much. The phone is pretty light as well.

Great product! Still learning how to use it since my last phone was six years old. Looks and feels like a small advanced computer. Photos are outstanding! Best Buy assistance in getting all data transferred was exceptional!

I’m in love with this phone. Apple girl for life. A tad bit on the expensive side for a phone. Switching my old iPhone to this new one was so easy. Every thing transferred over. Size is great. Love my color

I really love this model phone! Screen is awesome and just the right size. This is my 4th Apple phone and by far the best one yet! It was very easy to purchase through Best Buy too. They kept me informed via email and text.

Pavel at Best Buy River City in Jax is simply the best. He quickly got my ordered phone and got everything transferred and packed up my trade and off I went. The phone is awesome. Great screen and the blue is just stunning.

Wanted to get an updated phone with lots of storage. Love the camera and amount of storage. Color is great. New feature allows brightness to adjust based on your surroundings. Overall great phone.

Love our new 12 phones. We got 4 for the family we all had our choice of which one we wanted. Plus we switched to Version from Sprint very happy. The staff at our store Waterford Fl Justin is amazing

Love this phone one of the best Apple has produced in years. The 5G is awesome super fast, So glad i was lucky enough to get one early as now you really have to wait until 2021 to get the color & specs you want.
