I love my new phone. I was still using an 8plus, so this is better by leaps and bounds. And the camera? AMAZING. Getting used to no home button was a challenge for about a day. I recommend it!!

I was excited to get this iPhone 12 Pro Max and I’m one week in and so happy with my purchase. As soon as I’m out and about more, I’m trying out all the new things on the camera. Best Buy never disappoints!

Loving my new iPhone 12ProMax. It seems to be somewhat faster and I am able to continue using my online banking that I lost the ability to do on my iPhone 6 Plus due to the inability to download new software.

Very happy with my 12 Pro Max. Seems to pick up WiFi with easy. Love the camera quality. Wish I could remember the the young woman's at Best Buy in Leesburg, Va. She was very helpful!

Your typical iPhone, honestly nothing too special about it

This phone is soo nice.... I switched from android to iphone to play games with my grandson... it does take some getting use to ... but the some of the features that it has I really am excited about

I purchased the phone and enjoy everything about it and I’m glad for my purchase definitely worth the money. I enjoy the size and screen ratio is amazing, great with gaming, media, movies, etc.

Wasn’t sure if I wanted to upgrade from the 11 Pro Max. Found out Verizon had 5G in my area so decided to buy it. If you live in a city where 5G is supported I recommend you upgrade. Won’t regret it.

I switched from a Samsung Galaxy to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I haven't learned everything about it yet but am very happy with it so far. It was easier to get used to than I thought it would be.

Apple did it again. Those that already had the 11 may not notice huge differences but I was upgrading from an 8 plus and this is a tremendous improvement. Performance and ease of use are as expected.

This is a great phone. I love the easiness of the iPhone. The color is what sold me. I love this blue over the new shade of blue with the iPhone 13. iPhones are the best

nice phone and nice color, it is easy to use. unlocking it with a mask is still something iPhone needs to work on, waiting for the release of the easy unlock with the apple watch near by.

Awesome phone! Worth the $300 to upgrade to the largest screen. Not overwhelming at all. Only drawback is this line of phones requires all news accessories from brick, to the car charger.

I had an IPHONE 11 and traded it in primarily for more storage space and the camera on the IPHONE 12 PRO. There are improvements on the upgraded camera and I'm glad I made the switch.

Love the texture and the quality of this phone versus the other versions. The battery life will literally last all day even a day and a half which we know other iPhones don’t.

This is a great phone. Because it is a little larger than my iPhone X i needed to get used to the lager size. With a bulky case it is to large but with thin case it feel much better.

This phone is amazing. I thought the size would be an issue, but it's not at all. It is making my iPad expendable. The camera is fantastic, and the 5G speed is lightning fast.

I need a new phone and I decided to pick this one up in the Pacific Blue colorway and it is the best phone I've had ever. Since blue is my favorite color, I love this phone even more
