hink personally that it is a good upgrade compared to the iPhone 11 from what people are saying that there phone broke after falling off the bed really ? I don’t believe that crap first of all I bought this phone from apple and I dropped it by accident face first on my driveway it didn’t brake the phone is good over all second of all The whole changing situation people are saying the Charger is uncommon what the hell no it’s a usbc to lighting cable usbc Charging bricks are everywhere my point is before you make a comment about this phone have some common sense about apple products

I love my new phone. I usually upgrade when a new one comes out but I might keep this one for awhile. We will see! The camera is especially nice.

Amazing phone with an even better camera! Bought this for my wife, and she loves having such a great camera on her phone to take some great shots of our children.

I had so much trouble at another Best Buy store! The tech who assisted me at the rainbow store managed to somehow put a block on my phone number which caused so much chaos I then had to fix. I went to the Centennial store and had Raneen help me and she’s amazing!! She stayed in touch with me when I had to keep returning to the store, until the problem was fixed. She’s the the most knowledgeable person there and the one all the other Best Buy techs there go to for help! She should really be managing that area, if not the entire store. I’m not sure what I would have done without her. Thank you RANEEN!!

Love my iPhone 12 pro max. Upgraded from the iPhone X. Best Buy employee did all the transferring from old phone to this one. Easy process. Phone takes great pics.

It’s overall really great . The resolution of the screen is amazing . The camera is significantly different in a much better way than previous generation iPhones

Best IPhone yet! Screen is extremely bright and screen contrast is slightly better over the IPhone 11 Pro Max. Battery life is very impressive while using 5G.

They are extremely good at the Orland Park Best Buy, even thought it was release day for the IPhone 12 Pro Max and it was pretty busy for them, they got me in and out. I always buy a case and a screen protector for my phones and they got it all ready for me, putting in the screen protector flawlessly. This is why I love Best Buy!
