I went to Best Buy after visiting the Apple store and leaving dissatisfied with the offer they made me for my functioning iPhone XS. Best Buy made me a better offer and hade a good price on the new iPhone 12 Pro Max in the color I wanted. They also had all the accessories I was looking for in stock! The sales person was knowledgeable and quickly transferred all my data to the new phone and had me on my way quickly.

Went from the iPhone 8 to the 12 Pro-Max. What an upgrade. I’m living my phone so far. I went with Pacific Blue and this color is just beautiful.

This is a good phone. The display is crisp and the camera is good. Apple did a great job to make transferring the data from my original device to my new one easy. The touch screen didn't work well with the first phone I picked up, but the second works well.
