It’s easy to use and a lot of apps pre loaded. I thought never having and iPhone would be hard to operate but quite the different.

I purchased this iPhone as an upgrade to my previous iPhone 11 Pro Max. I love the blue color and the camera upgrades.

This was a seamless transition from my i8 phone. Love the face recognition feature and 5gs! Still learning all the neat features!

Not worth it! Upgraded from an IPhone 7 that fell in the water. I do love the size and camera on this IPhone 12 max pro. The cons.. everything else. The keyboard often disappears as I’m typing. The camera sometimes glitches and takes a moment to get the screen back to normal. The biggest problem is everyone tells me it sounds like there is static, air or mumbled when I am on the phone with them and in between not talking. On my end the call sounds crystal clear. Also I can sometimes hear my own line making odd robot like noise. I had read a lot of reviews on the Verizon site about the connection being bad but I’ve now had this phone for about 3 weeks and see the comments were accurate. I also read it has issues with the mic which causes the call to sound distorted. A phone at this cost should not have these issues. I would not recommend!

Switched from Android to Apple. Still trying to get used to the differences but pretty easy to navigate. So far so good.

This phone is awesome! It’s everything I expected and then some. The screen is super sharp and apple lives up to apple standards.

This phone is fantastic. Love the way it works and feels. Call reception is awesome. Haven't had a dropped call yet.

So far I’m loving this phone! I like the fact that the screen isn’t curved and look great! I would trade iOS for anything else!

Upgraded from the IPhone 8 before traveling for the summer to take photos and was amazed at the quality of photos.

Iphone 12 pro max is a great phone, app device, and the camera is absolutely amazing. It is worth every penny!

Hands down the best iPhone made. I had the 11 pro Max which I did really like but after using the 12 pro Max I couldn’t go back.
