It is a much better phone, obviously. Lol. But it released two years after the Note 9. (Which was the phone I had previously) and the specs are better for the Note. Apple is user friendly and has better app interface. A good phone all in all.

I'm coming from Samsung Galaxy S8+ and a big fan of Google and Android. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about the switch from Android to iOS, but the switch was seamless and swift. In the current state, iOS is more similar to Android than it is different. Which made my transition smooth and easy.

Make it complete and more senior friendly

My new 12 didn’t have what it needs to charge & my fast charge nonApple cord upsets the 12. I have not figured out how to do screen shots. I’m using my I - 6 and then photo ing with the I - 12. It could be made more senior friendly. At first it wouldn’t text from away from internet or wouldn’t FaceTime well, needed to keep track of my husband or have to hire a sitter. He is a no code on 24 hours a day oxygen.
