I love this new phone and the new color options. Definitely another new product from apple. I just wosh they kept the usb cable instead of the smaller size. Not all vehicles are compatible just yet. I also definitely miss the earbuds that they gave with purchase in previous phones. I always used them for backup!

my I Pad Max Pro is fantastic..easy to set up/understand! I'll be coming back Sunday, this for Geek Squad support and to learn more of the features! GREAT JOB BEST BUY! btw kids.. My salesman, MAX ROSSI really knows his product line! Sooo glad he's NOT a Mercedes salesman! lol

Good camera. Too much swiping. Touch screen isn’t as sensitive as I would expect. I miss my head phone jack. Overall I’m content.

The service was great and it didn't take long at all. Always good to make appointment. 45 minutes from walking in to walking out. Brent was very helpful and couldn't of asked for better service.

so far its nice been on androids for years this is first apple phone ive had since apple 4 or 5 so i have to relearn how to use it

My wife had an old iPhone 7 plus and it was getting dated. We went to Best buy and traded in her phone on the new 12 Plus and she's super happy. Our sales rep was great and took her time and helped us thru the transition to the new phone. Answered all of our questions and was very nice helping us.

It was not a huge upgrade from my iPhone 11 but I appreciate the camera improvements which made the purchase worth it.

A little hard to adjust to not having a home button. Sound quality not as good as 8. Sales staff very helpful.

Gold is beautiful! I love the phone. I don’t notice a huge difference since I’m coming from the XS Max but it’s a gorgeous phone and feels really secure in the hands. If you are thinking about getting it and have the money for it, just get it. I don’t regret buying even with the price.

I've tried Samsung...for about a week but I keep going back to Apple-Iphone every time. I never truly tap into all the features these phones have to offer but it's nice to know it's there should I choose to explore what all the capabilities of this phone are.

Switch from android to apple still trying to figure out the phone.pictures quality is excellent

I knew coming in what phone I wanted so that helped the process a bit but the salesman behind the calendar made it a super quick and painless affair! Walked in and under an hour I had my phone with all the apps and data already transferred over!

Great phone but it was too big and heavy for me so I ended up trading it for an Iphone 12 mini.

Great product as usual from apple. If you save you passwords in settings you must do an airdrop of them to your new phone. Luckily I wrote them all down before turning in the old phone. The tech said they’d transfer with last backup but they didn’t.

I have been in the apple ecosystem for years. I traded an iPhone X through Best Buy, in itself, always a great experience. The 12 pro max is beautiful. Seamless integration and when paired with my new AirPod max headphones, it is flawless.
