Switched from Samsung to apple after many years of refusing to. I actually love apple more. Surprisingly. My only complaint about this phone is the volume when having a conversation isn’t that loud. I find myself favoring speaker phone since it’s easier to hear. The apple speaker phone is much better quality than the Samsung. But the Samsung’s call volume on the phone is better than apple.

Battery life is superior! It seems to take longer for apps to open than my XS Max did.

Love the iPhone 12 max not to big not too small. If you get one you will love it

Really like phone but with some negatives. Phone is lightning fast but sometimes seems to get stuck in apps where I have turn phone then back on. Also reception to my wife who got same phone same day seems terrible. We can talk for a second then we can’t hear each other. It is definitely infuriating.

I purchased my new Apple iPhone & Kevin set it up for me in minimal time. Very satisfied with service. I had previously gone to Verizon to purchase a phone & they do NoT set it up for me. Did not buy from them!!!!

I bought this for my daughter. It is a great phone and BestBuy is a great place to buy the mobile devices. They have excellent staff who explained the difference between various models. Finally we decided to get the upgrade.

Same thing as iPhone 11 just a little bigger. This was for my bf and he likes it.

It has its pros and cons. Face ID can be a bit of a hassle, I personally preferred the Touch ID function. My data/5G has not been impressively fast, in fact often quite slow. Little changes like what happens when you swipe down to get the quick access menu and stuff along those lines takes some getting used to. Ultimately it’s the new iPhone and it’s just fine.

A great phone, quickly provided at a fair price. The purchase was necessitated by a poorly executed repair by the Geek Squad in, curiously, the same store. This team was great; the Geek Squad, not so much.

I purchased my new phone through Best Buy when they were not available at any Verizon store. This was so easy to purchase, set up and use! Will definitely use Best Buy for future phone purchases

The camera is the best part of this phone. I like the size and the clear screen.

I like it, but there was no real choice of colors, so I got graphite but I would have liked lavender or a softer color. Also my Apple ID and Password was hacked immediately after the purchase. That has never happened to me. Also the wallet did not load my bank cards on the new phone and even after my old phone was turned it my bank cards went to that version.

The camera takes excellent pictures. Everything else is about the same.

The phone is very heavy and large. Returned for the regular iPhone 12.

Went in to buy a charger for a laptop and upgraded our phones. I have to say the process was quick and was and the staff great to work with on the upgrade! I would go to this sore again if I needed any help.

Team did a great job they were very good together and joyed watching them handle everything I need to be done install TV they did a wonderful job I would like to complement this best buy
