I was afraid the larger size would be awkward, but it is not. I moved up from a 7 plus and this phone actually is more comfortable to hold and use.

I upgraded from an IPhone 6+ to the 12 pro max and will say it is like going from a Ford Falcon to a Mustang Shelby 500. Load times are almost instant and videos are much, much more sharper.

Amazing phone with lots of cool features, I particularly liked how you can set it up to take screenshots by tapping at the back of the phone.

The phone is okay. Not really anything special. Just needed a new phone since my previous iPhone stopped working due to the battery dying. Apple products are way overpriced in my opinion. But I bought another one so that I can FaceTime with my grandkids.

It was time to update our phones so we purchased the iphone12promax. We are very pleased with our phones. The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered al our questions.

It’s is amazing phone overall and I would recommend it indefinitely but only if you’re upgrading from the iPhone X and before. If you have the 11, you’re not missing out on too much.

This is an upgrade from an iPhone 6...Still in the process of learning how to use it's advanced technologies. Being a "senior", the larger screen is a huge plus!

I love this color. Is gold on the side and it look like beige rest of the phone. The wire is inside the box. You just need to purchase box for my the outlet, and is not a USB cord.

Love the new phone, not much different then the 11 pro max besides the screen being clearer. Cons apple went back to the square phone unlike the 11 which had the rounded edges

Upgraded from an iPhone X. I knew what I was getting but if you’re paying this much for a phone you’d expect a power adapter. Other than that I’m happy with this 12 pro max.

I love this phone. I’ve waited a while to review it. The only bad thing I have to say about it is that I seem to always have to restart my phone after coming out of a dead zone. My other phones would get service soon after coming out these places, but that’s not the case with this one.

Im a iPhone user, but the problem seems to be on the last two that I've owned have clunked out after 2 years. Hopefully this will last a little longer. So Far So Good.

The phone itself has a learning curve greater than my 7. The tips that apple sends are very helpful as was the help I received from the sales person.
